Consumer Complaint: I have a loan with ALLY FINANCIAL. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and ALLY FINANCIAL with no successful resolution. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late XXXX and XX/XX/2018.

Consumer Complaint: My girl friend and I purchased a used XXXX XXXX and financed it with Ally finance. They have report us more than 30 days past due 3 separate times incorrectly. I found this on my credit report while trying to obtain a home loan. My loan officer and myself along with an employee from XXXX XXXX called Ally to question the late payments. My due date on the loan is the XX/XX/XXXX of every month. In XX/XX/XXXX they reported me 30 days late when the check was presented to my bank on the XX/XX/XXXX and was cashed. In XX/XX/XXXX, they again reported me 30 days late. This check was written on the XX/XX/XXXX and presented to my bank on the XX/XX/XXXX and posted on the XX/XX/XXXX. The 3rd offense was XX/XX/XXXX I had missed the payment for XX/XX/XXXX and made a double payment in XX/XX/XXXX after I had received a nasty gram from ally reminding me that they did not receive XX/XX/XXXX 's payment. I am asking that these two 30 days late marks on my credit report be removed as I believe it is illegal to report incorrect information. This is adversely affecting my credit report and lowering my FICO score. I am also asking that as a courtesy, ally also remove the 30 day late payment in XX/XX/XXXX, as they appear to have issues with there book keeping. They claim I bounced a check to them, however, I find no bounced checked fee listed in my account during that time frame.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XXXX and XXXX all have been sent a request to investigate on these creditors that are on my reporting. Also hard inquires companies i have no clue about. I have been on a clean streak with trying not to get my credit up and have not open any accounts for these past couple years. but for some reason. these hard inquires have been showing up on my reporting and i dont know why they have not been contacted by the 3 main credit company about this. Consumer Complaint: Within the last few days, issues have happened with XXXX. 1 issue is that my phone number is associated with an Ally account, and as POA in two people 's sets of accounts at XXXX XXXX The sender from XXXX tried {$100.00} to me with my cell number and it didn't even ask which account to send it to, it automatically chose a XXXX account. It was supposed to go to Ally and it hasn't yet. The 2nd issue is that XXXX took 3 days for my first XXXX money sent. Yet it took the money out and held it back on day 2. They need to fix these communication issues with XXXX.

I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that they work with individuals who have filed bankruptcy to help them with a loan to build their credit. I agreed to a credit check and was not aware that there would be 7 and 8 hard inquiries on my credit report. I gave them permission to run my report but not to multiple financial institutions. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, I applied for an auto loan at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL, XXXX. Ally Bank was one of the inquiries and instead of using one or two of the three major credit bureaus, they used a company called XXXX , XXXX. I was unaware of this company and this when I received the letter of rejection, I saw the decision was based on information provided to them by both XXXX and XXXX. As previously mentioned, I had no idea who/what this company is/does, but score my was almost 200 points lower than it really is. I don't want my information being shared with and by them and would like to prevent this from happening again. Thank you.
