I do not understand why the entire account is reporting after being removed from my credit report

Consumer Complaint: This is a collection for a vehicle that I surrendered over 10 years ago. At that time I was instructed that I would receive a letter prior to the vehicle going to auction that I would be able to reinstate my payments. I fought the finance company on setting up my payments and in the meantime they sent the car to auction without sending me the letter explaining my options, which by law they have to send the letter. I contacted an attorney who in turn wrote a letter on my behalf. They finally agreed to charge the debt it off. I want this off my report. I did not even know that this was on my report until I applied for a mortgage and it shows up this many years later. Unfortunately my home was robbed and they stole my safe with all of my legal and important papers. This is such an old account I have no way of providing all of the supporting evidence that was used in the initial dispute against XXXX XXXX over this vehicle. Please remove this from my report as the letter was never sent and I feel the company did not follow the law. I have not had any contact or notices in years! Again, please remove this from my report.

Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern- I am victim of IDENTITY THEFT. As a result, There was an account FRAUDULENTLY opened in my name with ALLY FINANCIAL. This is one of MANY accounts that was obtained as result of such. Ive provided documents of such, that being, my POLICE REPORT & VICTIM ADVOCACY documents. Ive contacted both the CREDITOR, that being, ALLY FINANCIAL and ALL CREDIT BUREAUS advising that this is not my debt. LATE PAYMENTS & NEGAITVE information from this fraudulent account is NEGATIVELY impacting my credit score. It is UNFAIR to me to have an account that was opened as a result of FRAUD continuously cause a NEGATIVE IMPACT on my life.

I have contact them through email 3 times ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ), by phone once ( early XXXX ) and certified mail ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I have contacted the XXXX XXXX and XXXX ; which Alley decided that the miss payments were made on different months. These payments were made in good faith and our lawyer told us that we could pay them monthly by check or wait until the end of bankruptcy. Our case number is Case No. XXXX. Consumer Complaint: Complaint consumer finance is currently checking into to problems with Ally Auto Financial. Since reaching out to you with this problem, more issues have occurred. I paid {$800.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and my payment is still in pending process and wont be taken until XX/XX/XXXX. This in conflict with their practices in the past where my payment was taken out immediately. They took out another payment on XX/XX/XXXX, but not for the amount of {$800.00}, but for {$590.00}. Then I called the bank immediately. However, the costumer representative told me that the transaction has been completed and they can not do anything. As a five years ' customer of Ally bank, I am so disappointed about the it. If Ally bank can not protect their customers, I don't think anyone like to become their customer.
