Consumer Complaint: Well I had many problem with this Company starting in XX/XX/2020. The finance company decide to shut down the web-site. We could not make our payment in time. Our payment is due every month on the XXXX of each month. The web-site was down from the XX/XX/2020 until XX/XX/2020. But we went on vacation from the XX/XX/2020 until XX/XX/2020 so soon we got back i paid my XXXX cents. But the finance company still charge us XXXX dollar late fee. Even there knew that this company did wrong. charge us late fee it was them to decide to shut down the web-service. But anyway in XX/XX/2020 we paid the finance company XXXX and in XXXX we paid XXXX this month we paid only XXXX even our payment is only XXXX a month. Through the corona-virus the situation even got worst. The company offer a 120 days payment delay what would be terrible you still own all the finance charges in my case by 16.78 % I would own XXXX just on finances. It would take me just 4 month to pay for all finance charges. The other is I use 5 different Auto loan software to calculate my loan. Loan amount is XXXX by 16.78 % and 72 payments every loan give me XXXX. How did ally Financial figure XXXX. It is my believe that this amount is incorrect and it should be XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: my business i was running came to a haunt when my son was turned to online education which caused chaos in my life and the start of form filling for ever care act and taxes all while having the kid learning from the get go at home. i received a call from ally bank who was trying to act as a collector and told him according to the news CoVid-19 I am defecting payment for 120 days. Ally rep stated he understands and would handle it. i receive more calls, a letter, changes to credit report stating that this never happend and from a conversation from employee at ally bank yesterday. i said why was it not he stated he agreed on phone and that was it so I asked for a copy providing proof this has been done as well as documentation to restore my credit rating the previous rep screwed up from not doing his job. This is rediculus im at mercy of a anothe rindividual who cant do what was told on the phone and i am having to waste more time stress with credit ratings and what not only to regurgitate the same XXXX we discussed back in XXXX.
