Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/2019 Fed Loan marked me down as 30 days late. -I disputed this because I was on a deferment. Instead of fixing it, they marked me 90 days and 120 days late -I have tried disputing this since then and they DO NOT fix it. -I have documents on my loans that show I was on a deferment and should not have EVER been marked late. -This is ruining my credit and am trying to buy a house and they have dragged this on forever.

Consumer Complaint: HELLO, I HAVE TRIED NUMBEROUS TIME TO GET A FORBEARANCE OR DEFERRMENT ON BOTH MY STUDENT LOANS WITH AMERICAN EDUCATION SERVICES. RECENTLY, BECAUSE OF THE COVID19 VIRUS, PRESIDENT XXXX PUT A NEW EXECUTIVE ORDER THAT ALL STUDENT LOANS BE DEFERRED UNTIL THE NEW YEAR. I NOTICED THAT MY STUDENT LOANS WERE SHOWING AS DELINQUENT ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND WHEN I CALLED AES, I WAS TOLD THAT MY LOANS DID NOT COUNT AS PART OF PRESIDENT XXXX 'S EXECUTIVE ORDER, BECAUSE AT SOME POINT, MY LOANS WERE CONVERTED TO PRIVATE LOANS, AND THEY EXPLAINED THAT PRIVATE LOANS WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE ORDER. I SENT MANY EMAILS TO THEM REQUESTING INFORMATION AS TO WHEN MY GOVERNMENT STAFFORD LOANS WENT PRIVATE AND THEY HAVE NEVER RETURNED MY REQUEST. TO DAY MY LOANS ARE STILL SHOWING DELINQUENT EVEN THOUGH I TRY TO PAY THEM {$100.00} A MONTH TO CATCH UP, BUT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE PAYING THEM ANYTHING DUE TO THE EXECUTIVE ORDER.

Consumer Complaint: Started my Public Service Forgiveness process on XXXX. My lender altered my loans and changed my payment status several times over the course of the 10 years and I am now at 48 months of forgiveness instead of nearing the 120 months of forgiveness. I have attempted to call the servicer several times regarding this issue and each time you receive a different answer and a different employee. I have requested in writing my loans were altered and they have failed to provide proof of my request to alter my loans or change my repayment status.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX Fed loan servicing reported a late payment. After speaking with the representative it was concluded that a representative neglected to process a loan repayment application I completed XX/XX/XXXX. No notifications were sent to me that this application was not processed. This is the only late payment that I have and it is not my fault. I was told by the representative to dispute it through the credit bureaus which I did and it still was not corrected.

Consumer Complaint: My loans were consolidated in XX/XX/XXXX under " Income Contingent Repayment '' with XXXX XXXX XXXX which has since dissolved. I paid my ~ {$540.00} dollar payments on time, religiously, during the time in which they serviced my loans, but Fed Loans for some reason has all of those payments listed as under " Extended Graduated Repayment '' and isn't counting them towards PSLF forgiveness which puts me behind by at least 14 months. The extended repayment plan had payments of {$2000.00} per month and I very obviously was not on that payment plan. I've attached the confirmation of my consolidation and application for ICR as well as the payment grid for each plan. If you look at my monthly payment history, it's very obvious at $ XXXX a month, I was NOT on the Extended Graduated Repayment Plan. Additionally, they still have yet to count payment for XXXX due to " no bill '' despite the fact that FedLoan themselves have electronic billing statements for those months, which I have enclosed. They are also not counting XXXX payments due to no bill, but I was billed and paid those months. This was when XXXX XXXX XXXX sold my loans to XXXX XXXX, I was not in forbearance nor did I voluntarily switch companies. I have contacted Fed Loans multiple times, attached the documents with proof, including their own electronic bills, and have had no resolution.
