Consumer Complaint: Three Credit Cards trying to be collected have been prove to be Identity Thief and XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX deleted them in XXXX. Police report, Identity Thief report, copy of Alabama Driver 's License, Social Security card, Birth Certificate and Still USAA are claiming I opened the three credit cards. I do n't even know when the cards were applied for, got or used. I have submitted all this and am still being harass by USAA. USAA has sent this to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. The Credit cards are XXXX {$7400.00}, XXXX {$5100.00} and XXXX {$11000.00}. I had a house guest from XXXX XXXX till XXXX XXXX then I kick her out. In XXXX of XXXX, I XXXX XXXX XXXX was contracted by XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. Was informed that I owed for three Credit cards. I thought it was a bad joke. I call the police made a report. Submitted to XXXX XXXX XXXX police report, Driver 's License, Social Security number and Birth Certificate. Then in XXXX XXXX contracted by XXXX did the same and sent USAA the same information. Now XXXX and I have filed a Identity Thief Report. XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX all did an investigation then deleted from my credit in XXXX. USAA has received all these reports and still trying to collect on an Identity Thief victim.

Consumer Complaint: I called USAA about my checking account. It was closed by them last year sometime. I called and asked for a general letter stating it was closed. The woman in the bank portion told me that they did not have such letter but then stated she reworded another form and would send it to me in my message box on the USAA website. It would take any where from 5 minutes to 2 hours. After 3 hours I called back. I was told there was no documentation in my folder nor any such form being sent out. Once again I was lied to and deceived by USAA. After all they stole my car and are ruining my credit score every month.

On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, a recurring withdrawal in the amount of {$240.00} was debited from my account and posted to my 'closed ' XXXX account. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, USAA credited my checking account {$240.00}, pending investigation. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, USAA reversed the credit to my checking account. When I inquired I was told by a USAA customer service representative that a representative from XXXX confirmed the charge as valid. Since, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I 've spent hours on the phone with USAA and XXXX to correct this situation to no avail.

Consumer Complaint: I have requested that USAA work with me in order to consolidate two credit cards which they unilaterally closed back in 2013 ( @ ). USAA is charging double digit interest and has refused to consider any form of consolidation to allow me a lower rate, a lower monthly payment and/or any other consideration. Due to extended medical issues and USAA 's unwillingness to work with me PRIOR to getting behind, I now find myself 2x Months behind and unable to catch up. I personally spoke with USAA representatives who said, " Unfortunately XXXX XXXX, USAA is not interested in lowering your interest rate and we can not consolidate your cards. USAA would not consider rolling the credit card debt into a personal loan that would allow me to quickly address and retire the cards. NOW, due specifically to these two cards and USAA 's unwillingness to consolidate, lower interest rates or provide alternate avenue of repayment my FICO score has dropped from well over 700 to XXXX and I can not qualify for any form of reasonalbe consolidation.

Consumer Complaint: A fraudulent account was opened in my name XX/XX/XXXX. I became aware of the debt on my credit Early XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted USAA 10x. Everytime I Call I get transferred 2-3x. I have disputed my credit report several times. USAA has not sent proof that the debt belongs to me. In XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX fraud department to dispute the validity of the debt on my credit. The XXXX fraud representative has called USAA on the phone 3 way to dispute the information. Even sent police reports and a fraud packet. Still no resolution. On XX/XX/XXXX I once again called USAA I was transferred to 5 different times. You can speak directly to the fraud department I was told by the last representative I spoke with that there were several fraud investigations opened from when I had been calling in all year but yet no one has done anything. USAA refuses to anything. There not investigating or they havent provided any documents proving I opened the account or it belongs to me. It still remains on my credit and when I dispute it as fraud all they respond to the credit bureaus is updating the data on the collection. I had a fraud alerts on my account when the account was allegedly opened and I was never contacted by USAA to verify my identity.

Consumer Complaint: I began a refinance with USAA Federal Savings Bank in XX/XX/XXXX and worked mainly with XXXX loan processors : XXXX XXXX XXXX ext. XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ext. XXXX, for a re-fi loan on our second home at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX. We had the deed under our trust, and so USAA wanted the trust documents which we gave them in late XX/XX/XXXX. The closing was originally set for XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX CDT, at about XXXX the notary called us and said that the closing had been cancelled because USAA had n't properly reviewed the trust documents ( USAA never called us about the cancellation ). We then set the closing for XX/XX/XXXX. As we were signing the documents, I asked the notary if we needed to sign with all the verbiage of the trust, so the notary called someone at USAA and were told that we could just sign as trustees, no verbiage needed. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an e-mail from a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX, XXXX ext. XXXX saying that documents we signed were " not what was needed '' and that we would have to resign the trust portion correctly. We had a XXXX closing on XX/XX/XXXX, and, I believe that the loan was funded on XX/XX/XXXX. I told the notary at the XXXX closing that our loan lock expired on XX/XX/XXXX, and if we needed a XXXX day rescission period, we would be past the loan lock. He said to let USAA worry about it. Since the loan did n't close until XXXX, I was told in XXXX separate e-mails that the first payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from USAA Federal Savings Bank saying that I had not made the XX/XX/XXXX payment! I called the bank and e-mailed the notice I got from XXXX XXXX saying that the first payment was due XX/XX/XXXX. I reached out to USAA XXXX, and they basically told me that since I had signed the loan documents that said XX/XX/XXXXwas the due date, that I was out of luck. I have all the e-mails and letters I sent and received from USAA, XXXX XXXX, etc. if you need them. Also, USAA said they were sending a XXXX package to our Wisconsin address with the XXXX XXXX payment information, we never received that package. I have paid the XXXX payment on XXXX XXXX, however USAA applied it to the XXXX payment. This whole process has been a mess, poorly communicated, little attention to detail, and not being able to rely on what the loan processors told us via e-mail. I pointed out to XXXX XXXX that the loan figures were not correct, and she said not to worry and it would get refunded to me once we closed, so my question is if the loan we signed said first payment was XXXX XXXX, and her e-mails said XXXX XXXX, why could n't this also be corrected? I asked USAA to refund a portion of the closing costs to us, but they said since we had not been " monetarily harmed '' ( I think having to make a payment a month early from what we thought would constitute a monetary harm ) USAA would not reimburse us any closing costs.
