Consumer Complaint: This vehicle was repossessed by the company, I was never given any documents regarding a deficiency balance. I don't know where this car is or ended up. This company has been falsely reporting the amount owed and refuses to furnish documentation regarding the whereabouts of the vehicle or the price it was sold for. I do not owe this amount, the company violates the FCRA and the FDCPA.

Consumer Complaint: The IRS said they sent my child tax credit payment on XX/XX/XXXX yet XXXX havent received it. This is the second time Suntrust has interfered with my deposits. Last time they claim they didnt see my tax refund but the IRS sent me a letter saying Suntrust blocked it. The IRS ended up having to send me a check and will probably have to again. Please give me a real explanation about why than happened and no fake excuses.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a vehicle form XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX Kansas, which was a disaster I received a call from the bank regarding the loan and to let me know that the dealership had put extra features in the cars description that the car didnt have, I reached out to the dealership and had no answer and I also reached out to the bank Im in the XXXX currently stationed at XXXX XXXX serving the XXXX Brigade support battalion about to deploy overseas and I need this matter taken care of and besides I took legal advice from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and was to learn that the contract of the vehicle is in violation with the military lending act I just want my down payment back and get rid of the vehicle its been more than two months that I have the vehicle my temporary tags expired and I cant register the car because I havnt received the title or gotten any answer from the dealership I pelase Need help

Consumer Complaint: When we first talked to our loan officer in late XXXX XXXX, we were very clear that we can not buy a house if there is a chance we can not move in by the 1XX/XX/XXXX. My new job starts XX/XX/XXXX. The loan officer assured us that would not be a problem. He made it clear that the bank does not need me to actually start employment so long as we have the signed employment contract, which we do. At the time of our Initial Disclosures, we were again assured that I didn't need to be working at the new job and that we could close by XX/XX/XXXX. The inspection found issues with the roof, so we paused the appraisal until those issues were resolved. I let the loan officer know on XX/XX/XXXX that we were ready for the appraisal. As of today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) the appraisal is not scheduled. The loan processor called XXXX XXXX to review documents and request more information. She said we can not close before XX/XX/XXXX due to the pause in the appraisal. She also said we can not close the mortgage until I actually start work, but she would get with the underwriter to see if there is anything that can be done. It turns out, she's right. Closing before XX/XX/XXXX was never an option from day one. ( So, that was either a blatant lie by our loan officer on day one or else a huge mistake. Either way, that misinformation led us to buy a house after we were very clear that we can not move after the first week of XXXX. ) The loan processor also revealed that the loan officeXXXX had put XX/XX/XXXX on our loan application. That was never our closing date. We have no idea why the loan officer would list XX/XX/XXXX without telling us or the real estate agent. Our contract on the house says XX/XX/XXXX. In addition, we have had numerous communication issues with the loan officer. Our real estate agent has also experienced issues communicating with the officer. He does not return phone calls ; he responds to most emails, but not always in a timely manner. So now, here we are without a place to live still waiting on the mortgage to close. We have wasted our summer and much of our savings paying for two extra months of rent we shouldn't have had to pay. We feel the loan officer misled us every step of the way. From the incorrect information about me starting work ( he was completely wrong about that ), to assuring us of closing dates ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX, and now XX/XX/XXXX ), to incorrect information about the form of employment verification needed ( he assured us that verbal confirmation on my start date would suffice, which we found out later that it will not ), the loan officer has been wrong about nearly everything he's told us. He even sent over a completely wrong loan pre-approval package the 1st time! We would never have bought a house if we thought we couldn't close before the first week of XXXX. I feel that our loan officer knew that information and so misled us for three months just so he could make a sale. I have left numerous messages for the officer 's supervisor with no returned calls. I called the main hotline but could not get further assistance other than the supervisor 's contact information.

Consumer Complaint: - My mortgage was transferred from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX to Sun trust around XXXX XXXX. - I signed up for online account access around XXXX XXXX as well as setting up for automatic payments through the Sun trust Website. I received email confirming this. see attachment - I received a letter Dated XXXX XXXX stating that my auto payment will be processed starting XXXX XXXX on the 1st of each month. - See attachment. - on XXXX XXXX i received email from Suntrust specifying that the payment was received, see statement. - on XXXX XXXX my bank ( XXXX ) showed a transaction showing an ACH withdrawal to Suntrust for my XXXX payment - see attachment. - on XXXX XXXX my mortgage statement showed that the payment was processed on XXXX XXXX. - see attached statement. - I stopped payment on check # XXXX from BIll Pay on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX for XXXX payment since this payment was not needed at XXXX. This check is ADDITIONAL to the ACH withdrawal that has cleared since XXXX XXXX - showing on my account on XXXX XXXX. - XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from Suntrust that my account is delinquent and i have been assessed a {$55.00} late fee- see attached email. - XX/XX/XXXX I have spent over XXXX hours on the phone trying to resolve this situation both with Suntrust and XXXX. XXXX confirmed that my payment via ACH withdrawal has been posted since XXXX XXXX and they have GUARANTEED that a stop payment on a specific check does not affect a previous ACH withdrawal. - I have reached a stopping point with no more progress after speaking with 6 representatives at Suntrust that can not fix the issue. I have spent about 3.5 hours just on the phone ( records available upon request ) - I am 10 days from my perfect credit being affected by the negligence of Suntrust.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a company I do not know and have never done business with ; signed any contracts with. Illegally seized/ stole my property XXXX land vessel ) on XX/XX/2021 without any lawful right to do so. This is a direct violation of my consumer rights as a federally protected consumer. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692e ( 4 ). This company is acting as a third party debt collector, who was hired by another third party XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX who I also dont have any contracts with never done business with and did not give my location information. I never gave XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX my location information and they infringed on my right to privacy by invasion 15 USC 1692 ( a ) by coming to my domicile and ceasing my vehicle without any judicial order or my judicial process, this is abusive practices. XXXX is aware and has proof that XXXX XXXX XXXX is in violation of 15 USC 1692c, communicating with the consumer ( me ) without prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or express permission of a court competent jurisdiction which they had neither. I NEVER GAVE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CONSENT TO CONTACT ME!!! Theyre also contact me at and unusual time pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( 1 ) Congress said a debt collector shall ASSUME that a convenient time is after XXXX and before XXXX. This was not a convenient time for agent/owner XXXX XXXX to contact me by phone inquiring about my property and she is also on in violation of my location information because I didnt give it to her or cons by to her having it, her tow driver seizing and illegally repossessing my land vessel/ property is also violation of said law. This was in inconvenient to me and has caused emotional distress and injury! They also violated me by attempting to communicate with XXXX XXXX, who is a third party I am a consumer and natural person and have a right to privacy at all times and they are in violation pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( b ) for indirectly contacting me without consent. I have sent XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX a CEASE AND DESIST 15 USC 1692c ( c ) and they should not contact me further or in the future unless to notify me of their efforts to attempt sale my property is being terminated and their plans to invoke my remedy of returning my property to me immediately upon receiving this notice and pay attached invoice for the violations committed against me by this debt collector. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Are also in violation of causing my telephone to ring on XX/XX/2021 to harass me in an attempt to collect a debt ; to seize my property as collateral for and alleged debt for non-payment. Which is unlawful and illegal pursuant to 15 USC 1692d ( 5 ) and 15 USC 1692d ( 6 ) placing a call to me without meaningful disclosure of the callers identity and not telling me this was an attempt to collect a debt. They also came to my domicile to repossess my property with false and misleading representations/ documents violation of 15 USC 1692e. Which states a debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representations or means in connection with collection of any debt. 15 USC 1692e ( 5 ) threat to take any action that can not legally be taken, they had no LEGAL RIGHT TO DO SO. By law a consumer has a right to due process and a judicial process, meaning this IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL AND COMPLETE FRAUD FOR THIS TOW COMPANY XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TO TOW/ REPOSSESS MY PROPERTY AS THEY HAVE NO JURISDICTION OVER ME OR THIS MATTER as I DONT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THIS TOW COMPANY, so they stole my property and I want it RETURNED TO ME IMMEDIATELY AND FOR THEM TO ANSWER AND RESPOND TO MY COMMERCIAL AFFIDAVIT THAT WAS SENT TO THEM. This tow company never presented me with any sworn affidavit that would provide validity to their assessment ( who owes, and what, why, how and for what reasons ) Their was no paperwork therefore there is NO CLAIM. As I dont have a CONTRACT with this tow company. So this is their NOTICE of my affidavit sent to them that needs to be rebutted point by point with another affidavit sworn under the penalty of perjury. By law this is the boy way to respond to an affidavit, I would also like them to provide me with a CONTRACT WITH MY SIGNATURE ON IT, in which I am in default and list the goods and services that they have provided to me? Because I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY AND I AM INSISTING AND DEMANDING THEY STAY OUT OF MY COMMERCIAL AFFAIRS. As they are attempting to collect a debt on behalf of another company SUNTRUST BANK WHI I AM IN DISPUTE WITH AND I ALSO GAVE THEM A CEASE AND DESIST WHICH THEY VIOLATED BU SENDING THIS TOW COMPANY TO MY PROPERTY, which is a third party and a form of communication. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX can and will be held criminally and civilly liable if they do not RETURN MY PROPERTY, for STEALING AND INFRINGING ON MY FEDERALLY PROTECTED RIGHTS, pursuant to 15 USC 1611 for willfully and knowingly giving false information to me and failing to provide me information which he is required to disclose. When I ask to see the documents they said they had the driver refuse to show me which is the against the LAW. Its my property and I HAVE A RIGHT TO SEE AND KNOW they didnt disclose the information to me 15 usc 1611 ( 1 ). Lastly they are in violation of 15 USC 1692f for unfair practices for TAKING MY LAND VESSEL/PROPERTY A NONJUDICIAL ACTION TO EFFECT DISPOSSESSION OR DISABLEMENTOF PROPERTY!!! Because there was no present right 15 ISC 1692f ( a ) to possession of the property CLAIMED COLLATERAL 15 USC 1692f ( c ) the property is exempt by law from dispossession, BECAUSE THIIS DEBT WAS DISPUTED AND WASNT proven valid by SUBTRUST BANK! This was a disputed debt and ASSOCIATES ASSET RECOVERY HAD NO BUSINESS INVOLVING THEMSELVESIN MY COMMERCIAL AFFAIRS AND IM A CONSUMER WHO JAS A RIGHT TO PRIVACY! I am DEMANDING they RETURN MY PROPERTY AND PAY THE ATTACHED INVOICE FOR VIOLATING ME AS A FEDERALLY PROTECTED CONSUMER! And respond to my Affidavit in 10 days or I will file a criminal complaint and enforce my lawful rights for failure to do so! THIS IS YOUR FORMAL NOTICE, ASSOCIATE ASSET RECOVERY! Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, I was the victim of a robbery when I was on vacation in XXXX, SC. I was made to give up my ATM card and info, as well as virtually send money to the suspect. Despite clear photographic evidence of the suspect at the ATM with my bank card, the bank BB & T is flat out refusing the claim based solely on the fact I am pictured in the car during the robbery. It's important to note I was forced into the vehicle and have included that information in the police report as well as a description of the vehicle. XXXX PD has a suspect, who was formally convicted for DEBIT CARD FRAUD. BB & T has refused to even try to corroborate information with XXXX PD and furthermor, have refused the basic right to an explanation from the analyst assigned to my case which I was promised. I am familiar with Regulation E and wanted to advise of a blatant violation of it by BB & T, now Truist.
