Consumer Complaint: I was in the last month of my least and gave them notice within the 60 days required that I was moving. I have a video of my apartment on my last day showing the cleaning was completed. In the video it will show the condition of the apartment it needed the carpet cleaned and a few blinds replaced ( all normal wear and tear when you live in a home ) and a handle that came off but was left on the counter. I did not attempt to get my deposit so that it could be used to clean the carpets and replace the blinds plus put the handle back on. Other then that there was no damages and EVERYTHING was clean and ready for the next tenet. I have asked for proof from them of any damages or receipts from any services they preformed multiple times and a itemized account of charges and have not received nothing to support their claim. I do not know how they are saying I owe them {$4500.00} to me they are commenting fraud and trying to scam me out of money I do not owe. I will be happy to provide the video so that you can see for your self. I moved out on XX/XX/2019 my least was up on XX/XX/2019. This is a scam and fraud I have disputed this for over a year and gave them the opportunity to correct their mistake and they have not so now I need your help please. The video is to large to upload is there another way to get it to you?

Consumer Complaint: I called the debt collection agency the morning of XX/XX/23 to ask them to write a release of debt letter following a payment in full that I was offering to pay to settle the account. I had already been in contact with the original creditor and had been emailing them back and forth for months regarding this bill and then got sent to collections and didnt receive a statement or bill regarding the collection until it appeared on my credit report this week. Debt collector said they could report account paid in full but not remove collection from my report and to call the original creditor which is XXXX XXXX. I called them next this morning and was told the same story about how they couldnt remove it from my credit report despite full payment. I told them both I had proof it could be done and they were lying because I had it done 2 years ago from another debt collector company. I paid the balance of {$300.00} in full with XXXX XXXX and now need to get the debt collection agency to remove this collection from my account entirely since I paid the original bill with the creditor and bypassed then all together. Also the bill I paid was already reduced {$150.00} because of a fraudulent cancellation fee added to it. My ex gave me a 5 day notice to vacate our shared home with my kid and then cancelled utilities and stuck me with the bill in full. Thats the situation I had been going back and forth with disputing that the charges were even mine to begin with. Please remove this collection from my account completely and since its paid in full.

I disputed this account since I had no knowledge of it and believed it to be fraud. All three disputes went through successfully. I froze my credit shortly after. Then on XX/XX/2022, I received another credit alert of yet another Debt Collection on my credit report. It was for a different energy company this time called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$360.00} being collected through the same debt-collection agency, Transworld Systems , Inc . I disputed this report for error on all three company websites and also place a Fraud Alert with all agencies.
