Myself along with the other guests reported the incident to local authorities on site. I recently obtained a copy of my credit report and noticed accounts with XXXX and XXXX, that I've never applied for or authorized. I contacted the credit reporting agencies in XX/XX/XXXX, notifying them of the identity theft and requesting verification. Furnishing accounts to my report in direct relation to identity theft is in violation of 15 USC 1681c-2. I've sent two letters requesting an update and verification with no formal response. I also noticed credit inquiries on my report that I have not authorized. Furnishing information to my profile without my written consent or permission is in violation of 15 USC 1681. These inquiries I have no knowledge of include : XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, After further investigation of my profile, I noticed addresses listed where I've never lived. With me having a common name this is affecting my credit and ability to obtain credit. I've also requested for these previous addresses to be removed, and only report my current address.
