In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. Consumer Complaint: My wallet was lost that included my drivers license, social security card, and other forms of identification outside of my house and since then there have been several fraudulent ac-count opened in my name student loans, utility bills, car loans, credit cards, home leases, student loans and I dont know what else. I have filed a police report as well. I would like for all these items to be deleted from my credit profile. I also learned that some family mem-bers illegally purchased cars in my name, and have refused to delete my name from their auto loans. ATTENTIVELY REVIEW my formal writ composed DECLARATION of Not Proven Com-pliant Misinformation that is all or in part : DEFICIENT of adequate current status in fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, cer-tifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable compliant obligatory and regulatory requisite compliant reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any all infraction- ious behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to DEMONSTRATED TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLIANT METRO 2 data field formatted reporting! To be clear, you are mandated by laws to eliminate every notation and or aspect of any and all derogatory and adversary items from any and all alleged claims still yet unproven to be true, correct, complete, timely, docu-mented as being mine, testimonial to be of my responsibility, with FCRA compliance, and or XXXX XXXX Metro 2 COMPLIANT reporting.
