Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had XXXX late payments on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of XX/XX/year> .Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact i was never late. Thanks! Please see screenshot attached :

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.

Consumer Complaint: TransUnion has my log in information block so I can view my credit report. Every time I try to log-in to the website it wants allow me to and then I try to do reset and it tells me an account is already set up. But it will not allow me to log-in! I have called Transunion several times about this and they just will not fix the problem.

It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data

Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute for incorrect information on my credit report. I received an email from the credit bureau stating that they are assuming the disputes are coming from a 3rd party. They in fact did not come from a 3rd party. l even called them to verify it was me and they still refused to process my disputes. I wasted money on mailing my disputes out. I sent personal information to verify my identity through mail, just for them to not thoroughly investigate.

After conducting a thorough investigation, I have identified unverifiable, invalidated, and questionable items that have not been reported accurately by your agency. The discrepancies I have discovered have had a significant impact on my mental well-being, causing severe distress and anxiety. As a consumer, I firmly believe in the principles outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), particularly the requirement that information reported on my credit file must be 100 % accurate. According to 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ), it is evident that these accounts are in violation of the law by failing to report 100 % accurate information. I have attached copies of all letters I have previously sent to your agency, outlining the specific discrepancies and requesting their rectification.
