Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I XXXX XXXX, as a federally protected consumer, I am now opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have given you written, unwritten, verbal and nonverbal per 15 USC 6802 to report my information to a third party, effective immediately and indefinitely. I am writing to express my continued concern regarding the issue related to my credit report. As of the date of this letter, I have not received any response from XXXX, Transunion, XXXX, XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX the consumer reporting agencies in question, in reference to my initial complaint letter. In my original complaint letter, My concern and dissatisfaction with XXXX 's, Transunion, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX reporting of my transaction history, including late or missed payments, which I firmly believe is a direct violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Privacy Act of 1974. Please update my accounts to PAID AS AGREED. Also, I am requesting compensation of {$1000.00} per every violation. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 as states : Permissible purposes of consumer reports, you can not report transaction history. " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy.
