Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX made an inaccurate report to my consumer credit report, which resulted in my score decreasing. I have not missed any payments or made any late payments as of XX/XX/year>. I called several times to get clarity on my account status and have been unsuccessful with this. I have also tried to submit a dispute directly with XXXX XXXX but the company has refused to allow me to do so. Since XX/XX/year>, I have spoken to several agents within several different departments and was given different information regarding my account status every time. I have asked to speak with several managers and can not seem to get through to anyone. I also received an email from XXXX asking me to make my payment for XXXX by XX/XX/year> to avoid negative credit reporting, which the payment was made by XX/XX/year> and posted on XX/XX/year>. XXXX is still insisting that they did not receive my payment for XXXX, despite my account reflecting that they did. XXXX needs to fix my credit report immediately or this will result in further legal action against XXXX XXXX.
