I would like a full refund of my fees. This account was my wife 's who passed away in XXXX and there was fraud or something. Also, on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I was in a hit-and-run accident and found by XXXX to be permanently XXXX and I live on XXXX. I would like to fix my credit and I am reaching out to see if this debt can be released due to the fact I have provided. I tried to take care of this for years but please will someone contact me back by email or phone to validate you received this contact and working this out due to the fact I am XXXX and can not work? I need this verification for my lawyer and I have also turned this into the credit bureau for a complaint. I need this debt released permanently as many creditors have completed it. Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank stopped sending me paper bills. I do not do online payments. Never have. I started not getting bills, once a new card was issued adding my husband. I started in XXXX getting emails, stating account was delinquent. Made numerous calls requesting a bill. In XXXX, I requested and finally go a paper bill... We paid the entire amount. Now, in XXXX, I get a notice stating we owe {$1200.00} I requested a paper bill yet again, on XX/XX/XXXX. They said they can not give full bills... Just the delinquent payment. I have requested that this account be closed, back in XX/XX/XXXX and have since destroyed the cards. I need to see if someone is using this card because it is not us. We were hacked back in the fall of XXXX and I want to make sure this is not part of that incident.

I disputed this charge, because I didn't make that purchase. PayPal made adjustment on my account to credit back to {$130.00}. On XXXX XXXX XXXX company return a charge of {$130.00} back to my account. Why is PayPal charge me back with {$130.00} into my different PayPal account with XXXX balance. I have to pay this amount to avoid any illegal charge fees from PayPal. Right now PayPal owe me {$130.00} or either credit back to PayPal credit account. I displeased how PayPal run their company or either balancing their account balance with other customers including my account improperly and illegal balance the spreadsheet. Consumer Complaint: Around XX/XX/XXXX, Purchased some products on aliexpress.com with paypal.com credit card ( synchrony bank ). XXXX showed items were being tracked and delivered. And gave tracking number through multiple tracking services. Finally tracked through XXXX to showing delivered at my house on XX/XX/XXXX. This delivery never arrived. Around XX/XX/XXXX, Attempted to make claim through XXXX, through a convoluted system that was near impossible to properly dispute the delivery, they then immediately denied the claim. Around XX/XX/XXXX : Went to paypal credit to dispute the charges. Around XX/XX/XXXX Paypal Credit ( synchrony bank ) denied my claim. I still have no products, and am charged around {$320.00} for no products. Around that same time I called and disputed the denial. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice saying they denied the claim again. I still have no products, and am being charged for it. They want proof that I have no products, how can I prove that I don't have something!?

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is in regard to a collection letter mailed by XXXX XXXX XXXX, LLC to collect a debt owed by my deceased mother, XXXX XXXX XXXX. Two of my mother 's creditors used XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX to collect outstanding account balances. As the Administrator of the estate, I wrote letters to the creditors to the best of my ability to inform them of the death. I provided a death certificate for documentation purposes. Before I was able to settle the outstanding balances, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX sent a letter to the Estate of XXXX XXXX. Sheets to an address that is not related to any of her accounts in any way. The letter was requesting information regarding the administration of the estate. I am filing this complaint because I do not understand why XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX felt that it was necessary to send a collections advice to a random address. I believe that this predatory collection agency searched for the same last name in the same city, state, zip code as a fishing expedition. This is very offensive to my mother 's memory.
