Consumer Complaint: I opened an XXXXXXXX XXXX Card account in XXXX of 2021 and closed the account one month later, but they havent returned my {$200.00} deposit back since then. Ive contacted customer service at least three times but theyve always said that if my account doesnt have anything owed ( which it didnt when I closed it and still doesnt ) that Ill receive my check in the mail within 14 business days. Its been over a year now and its not an issue of them having the wrong address because theyve sent me mail asking how my experience with their customer service was when I had to ask where my deposit was yet again.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Harbor Freight credit card or should I say " had '', I pay off my balance every month, never missed a payment, I had a {$500.00} credit limit of which I had a XXXX balance, I get an email a couple weeks ago from synchrony saying there closing my account randomly, I didn't know that was possible, so in confusion I called synchrony to make sure I hadn't been hacked and the supervisor was very argumentative, I which I would have gotten her name, anyway there was no reason to close my account, shame on you synchrony.

Consumer Complaint: I have a card with Care Credit. I have been trying to get 2 remaining balances zeroed out for a year. I made a payment & a few days later I called & spoke with an agent. The agent assured me the balance would fall off my account in 1-2 billing cycles-it hasnt. Each time I call, an agent tells me the 2 balances I have are off my account, but they cant be because theyre still there when I login in to the app to check. I have provided a screenshot of the two balances that I am referring to. The balances have since gone up since the photo was taken. I know these balances are still there because Im still getting charged interest. I am being lied to each time I call. I think theyre lying to me so I keep getting charged interest.

Consumer Complaint: I had purchased a sofa with XXXX XXXX and opted to take out the promotional credit card from Synchrony Bank, in which there was a promotional no-interest on the loan. I had setup auto-pay assuming that the final month of the promotional period would pay for the loan amount. I had made the purchase XX/XX/XXXX, and had setup autopay immediately. XXXX years later in 2022, I had been charged the interest on the principal on the loan, unaware that autopay did not fully pay off my loan, thus an additional interest charge of {$1800.00} was charged to me. In XX/XX/2022, I made calls and requests to pay off the remaining principal in hopes of getting the interest charge removed, but after talking to XXXX different agents, all agents refused to refund me the interest. I do not check my emails that often, and being charged surprise interest while having autopay on is surprising considering all other companies I've use have been quite ethical.
