Consumer Complaint: I had a loan on a XXXX silver XXXX XXXX XXXX Santander Consumer USA. Due to Covid 19 I was in a very difficult situation and I was late on the last 3 payments of my car. On XX/XX/XXXX my vehicle was repossessed from my apartment. It was then sold on XX/XX/XXXX for {$30000.00}, I owed {$11000.00} to the bank. Now I have a surplus of {$18000.00}. I have called countless times and they tell me I have to wait until accounting comes through with the payment.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a new car XXXX account # XXXX XXXX. Just before the pandemic, I payed them on time every month and never missed a payment. I lost my job and used my savings account to pay my debts. I called them in more than 4 occasions to negotiate the terms and they said no. When I had a health problem I called them again and they make the notations an still no one listened. I When to different banks to refinance they all told me the car is XXXX down.. I called them to dispute the payment and went back to the dealership and they tried to put me in another car with higher price. So I told them I a returning the car volunteerly now they want me to pay them {$13000.00} that I don't have the already mess up my credit

Consumer Complaint: Hi. I was reported by Chrysler Capital 30 days late for XX/XX/ and XX/XX/XXXX Im XXXX XXXX and my business was closed due to government order for pandemic. My XXXX was closed for XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/. I called Chrysler and ask them to defer the payments around XXXX, and they were ok with that but still they reported me. This was during middle of pandemic and im requesting help to remove this late payment from my credit report. We are back to business now and still trying to survive.Its affecting my score drastically for any kind of loan applicaion

Consumer Complaint: Opened loan XX/XX/XXXX. I was hit by a car & my truck was totaled. I had full coverage through the General & GAP insurance. The company submitted additional charges after settlement of claim. Since XXXX to current this has effected my credit. In XX/XX/XXXX a representative agreed with the fault of the company & received approval to wipe the {$480.00} debt also correct the late payments shown. They did a charge off ( instead of paid ) of my past due without correcting the history, as well. I have been in touch with company enough times to hear anymore lies. Im curious how one phone call after 2.5 years got them to charge off? I have a recording of the phone call with representative explains what outcome was & my agreement to the results. I am going to report to everything possible. Might as well, if they are going to harm credit for years. Thank you for your time.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX is predatory - seemingly purchased several of my old debts and also my twin sister 's debts and are demanding that I pay her accounts as well ( accusing us of being the same person ). The lawsuit as well as collection efforts show too many discrepancies. XXXX XXXX as seemingly filed an unlawful suit against me. Company is suing me for an old XXXX account . However, the documents they've submitted for evidence show a different account for " Santander '' a car company that has been sued in a class action suit. Santander sold my account and still tried to collect on the debt that I did not owe as well as XXXX. They both continued to collect after the settlement awarded and demanded they stop. A letter was sent on my behalf to XXXX on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021 and XXXX retaliated by filing a suit on XX/XX/2021. The plaintiff, XXXX has been stalking my credit profiles, purchasing multiple debts over six years old ( time-barred ) and collecting on those debts. They've sent me emails stating that they have reached the age to sue me on other accounts but stated that I still needed to pay them- collecting on time-barred accounts and also asking that I pay debts that do not belong to me and have also inaccurately reported. They are re-aging my accounts. The original owner did not zero out my balance field nor inform the purchaser XXXX of the date he account first became delinquent. ( I no longer owe the Santander debt because the settlement required that the debt be forgiven due to unfair practices such as violating consumer laws and predatory loan charges. Attempts to collect debt not owed and there were no written notification about debt ( didn't receive, therefor, I didn't know I could dispute debt ). Their practices are harassing, abusive, unfair and they have multiple inaccuracies and discrepancies on my reports, accounts and emails, producing bills that I've never seen and do not owe. I have requested that they stop and they sued me in retaliation. The exhibits ( Exhibit A lists XXXX but they only show proof of the Santander account for Exhibit A ) Schedule I in the court document states the account is " XXXX '' But, Exhibit B is about " Santander Consumer USA ''. There is inadequate documentation inflecting a bill that does not mirror the amount owed by the original creditor. Please find attached Santander Lawsuit, emails requesting for the creditors to stop contacting me and to also stop collecting on the date ( sent my me as well as by XXXX XXXX XXXX on my behalf ) current harassing emails collecting on a time-barred account and lawsuit filed by the plaintiff about these accounts that I do not owe. Letters were sent out, ( Santander account, time-barred and proven that I do not owe via settlement ) before the lawsuit for these accounts were filed.

Consumer Complaint: On my credit report it states that my last payment for the vehicle was XX/XX/XXXX... yet it states the date of loan was closed on XX/XX/XXXX ... .its with Santander . I didn't have a job nor money to make a payment in XXXX. I believe this could be an attempt to hold the loan longer than necessary. I would like to request a look into there practice and confirmation from them verify when exact last payment was made. This is hurting my credit longer than the 7 year period. As I have been making attempts to fix my credit as my situation has improved, and. While paying off the account would not help, this account should fall off sooner than they are reporting. Thanks!
