Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX removed this credit file and keeps reinserting it. They have NOT sent me 5 day as required by Federal Law and in violation of fdcpa 805. communication in connection with debt collection. I do not owe them anything as I have never done any business with this company period nor have received any documents to confirm I owe XXXX XXXX. They are continually violating my consumer rights. As well as the state of TN requires they be licensed and bonded in state in order to attempt to collect any debts. They are neither licensed or bonded.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2017, a 30 delinquency was reported on my credit report, i called the credit card to inform that no purchase was made so no balance due, no payment to be made, The informed me that a monthly charge was hitting my account, even without my knolodge,. I calmly asked them to remove the negative information and they agreed and from that point on i was pleased with their customer services, fast foward the delinquency still showing on my account and i am hopeless at this point.

Consumer Complaint: In regards to XXXX, I have never used their services. When I was in XXXX my neighbor worked for XXXX and we had our phones through her. She did have my info, so I'm hoping nothing negative came of this. She changed jobs when we moved from XXXX to NJ in XX/XX/2011. My address there was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX NJ XXXX. Note I have never walked in a payment to a phone bill. I would like to see proof of an ID for purchase of these phones. They stated I walked in payments in ca to pay. We lived in NJ during that time. I believe we used XXXX XXXX in NJ for 9 mo before I moved to Sc then used XXXX ever since. I had terrible credit and no money in NJ so I was unable to get regular phone service after my friend ended our XXXX usage. Also since XXXX we always had XXXX phones, one for me and my XXXX kids. I have disputed this with XXXX before and nothing changed off my credit.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a CERTIFIED MAIL DEBT VALIDATION letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX requesting that they VALIDATE NOT verify a debt that they are attempting to collect from me. I specifically asked for a singed agreement and other supporting documentation. They provided me with account summary which does not prove i am obligated to pay them anything. They have reported delinquent information to the credit bureaus that i am asking to be deleted asap. I have no obligation and or contract with them at all. They have failed to provide proper documentation in the 30 days also. They have failed to show me a sign document where i have applied and sign for it also. 15 U.S. Code 1692c states ( a ) Communication with the consumer generally without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt. I have not given any company above written consent to contact me about alleged debt.
