Consumer Complaint: During the month of XXXX, I contact all 3 credit bureaus to have this company remove this XXXX XXXX debt from my credit report because a Judge during my divorce settlement has confirmed that this debt is not my responsibility and has been determined to be the responsibility of my ex-spouse. This debt should not be on my credit report because it is not my responsibility to pay. However, this company still has this debt listed on my credit report and it should b removed as ordered it is not my responsibility by the judge in my divorce judgment.

Consumer Complaint: I sent these creditors debt validation letter 30 days ago asking for your company to provide me with proof that I own this debt, and these companies has failed to respond. I then looked at my credit report and noticed that these creditors are still reporting this inaccurate account on my credit report without validating it. The law is clear on this issue, you cant continue report a disputed debt if they failed to validate. Because of their actions, they have violated the FDCPA act which carries a fine of {$1000.00} for every incident, and FCRA for reporting inaccurate information on my credit. This violation also carries a fine of {$1000.00}.

Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are all facing which has me sitting still at home and I saw the recent news about the multiple 3 Bureaus Data breaches. I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the Credit Bureaus and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. I appreciate your effort in getting this matter resolved. Please let me know if you need any other information from me to block this information from my credit report. Thank you.
