Consumer Complaint: I checked my report for accuracy and saw an account for LVNV FUNDING LLC for Original creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$380.00}. I was in an abusive marriage for the last five years. My husband used my name and caused all of the bills to move into collection. The relationship caused me to lose my kids to child protective services due to the ongoing abuse. At the time of this collection, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I finally came forward about the abuse this year and the judge put him in jail, and expedited the divorce. I am now on my own and in the process of trying to get custody of my kids. The judge states I am good standing to get my kids as long as I get a job and get my own place. I just started a new job, and now i am trying to get approved for my home. I am requesting settlement of {$190.00} and deletion of this debt.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX This company has never verified my debt, I have sent mail to them asking for this information. They proceeded to file a writ of garnishment of my state tax return, then turned around and filed a EX Parte Motion and Order to Renew Civil Judgement. I never received a document stating there will be a court date. These individuals have lied by stating that I made a payment in XXXX. This has never been the case, and I still haven't received any documentation that this payment was done by myself, nor how the payment was made. I have no idea that this debt is mine, nor have I received and correspondence from them giving my a chance to pay this debt. They filed the documents with the court without any information from me. I would like this company to validate the debt as well as how these payments were payed. I would like this issue resolved, and any and all judgements they have against me removed.

Consumer Complaint: Another debt collector was harassing me over this debt which I do not owe prior and I reported it to your office and the IL Attorney General and told them to CEASE and DESIST!! They responded that they would stop contacting me but that did not mean the company would not sell it to another collector who would then contact me. I want these crooks to CEASE AND DESIST or I will file a harassment and restraining order against them and sue them for all I can get, in fact I am contacting my lawyer now!!!!! I am a State employee and they are harassing me!!!! Make it STOP!!!!

Please delete this account at once. Consumer Complaint: RE : Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT XXXX XXXX data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. XXXX. LVNV FUNDING & {$11000.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. Consumer Complaint: I was contacted by Resurgent Capital and told that if I paid the agreed amount that they would remove the debt from my credit report and cease all legal actions. I paid as agreed and have sent them copies of the cashed check via fax and by mail. They still have yet to honor the said agreement. As I continue to get requests to settle said debt and it is still reporting to all three credit bureuas.
