Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX - Debtor- Portfolio Recovery Associates took me to court I believe in XX/XX/XXXX. The Judge reset the next hearing for them to provide the necessary documents to substantiate their claim. On the next hearing XX/XX/XXXX they did not provide any documentation that the judge requested. The Judge then filed an order to dismiss their case against me. I have filed multiple disputes with the credit bureaus ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, & XXXX ) providing them with the court order from the Judge dismissing my case. The have elected not to remove the claim by Portfolio Recovery Associates I also contacted Portfolio Recovery Associates to stop reporting debt due to the dismissal from the Judge. They have refused to remove the claim and has changed the date to keep this going on and on which has negatively impacted me for the last XXXX XXXX years. They refused to stop their harrassment to me and affecting my credit. I do not know what else to do to get protection from this Company that has lost in court and received a judgment. The Credit Bureaus won't assist me with this issue. I need your help Please let me know what's my next step?

Consumer Complaint: Previously disputed account through CFPB reference # XXXX asking to verify or delete. Results came back with a bill statement, this is not verification it does not show my signature nor proves account is mine. Account was previously reporting with XXXX at the time of complaint with CFPB. XXXX and XXXX had already deleted now XXXX has deleted and XXXX and XXXX are reporting again. Reporting inaccurate stating account open with XXXX while XXXX reports closed status. XXXX is stating open while in collection and derogatory all at the same time. Both bureaus report dispute status as account not disputed yet show remarks of dispute resolved customer disagree. I do not recall having this account open and Portfolio RC has not verified debt being claimed. Account is a mistake itself.
