In the complaint I stated how Portfolio Recovery Associates failed to provide the validation I asked for numerous times. And again, on XX/XX/XXXX I received XXXX letters that were identical. In the letter they state " We have completed our investigation of your dispute concerning this account, XXXX, XXXX has obtained and reviewed the attached documents related to this account, which established its validity. I disagree for the simple fact that Validation of the debt can either be a signed judgment order or an accounting which is signed and dated by the person responsible for maintaining the account general ledger. They never sent proof of a signed contract with my signature with them about the alleged debt and I wouldn't be paying it either. They don't have the right or a license to try to collect an alleged debt in the state of Arkansas. Send me proof you have the right and license. According tot he XXXX consumer access website you don't have a license in Arkansas. By continuing to tor report negative information and defaming my character i will seek damages of {$5000.00} in small claims court if not removed from my XXXX reports immediately.
