Consumer Complaint: Debt collection agency wont provide proof that the account in question is mine. Nor can they show me how they came to the amount they are claiming I owe. They update the file regularly to make it appear as though its a new account but if its what I think it is, this is from 10 years ago. When they update my file it hurts my credit because it looks like a new collection account.

Consumer Complaint: this is my response to your frivolous and deceptive response through CFPB portal. even though you have completely ignored my original letter stating you're in violation for reporting a account based of payment transactions for medical products or services under 15 USC 1681a ( 3 ), in your response you have committed multiple violations under the XXXX you have used a logo/symbol which indicates that you are in the debt collection business which is a violation of law under 15 USC XXXX ( 5 ) which is infringement of my right to privacy. you have also presented a false and misleading representation as you have only stated that the communication was from a debt collector but not the remaining part of 15 USC XXXX ( 11 ) which requires you to state that you are attempting to collect a debt and any information will be used for that purpose in each SUBSEQUENT communication. I am also aware on my consumer report you are reporting as my creditor in regard to this account but according to the definition of a creditor pursuant 15 USC XXXX ( 4 ) any person to the extent that receives an assignment or transfer of a debt in default solely for the purpose of facilitating collection of such debt for another is NOT a creditor. making you in violation for furnishing a deceptive form under 15 USC XXXX. You are a third-party collection company and lawfully can not validate any of my debts therefore you are reporting a invalidated account on my consumer report & have not provided proper documents to validate this debt under 15 USC XXXX XXXX therefore you are not only using unfair and deceptive practices under the XXXX which i have proof of and am including in this complaint. you are also reporting a debt which is invalidated. I demand you delete this tradeline across all consumer reporting agencies immediately and no further action shall be taken on my end. failure to comply i intend to take action immediately to get justice due to the inequity you have caused me by your unfair collecting methods XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: These companies unlawfully reported accounts ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, and PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES XXXXXXXX ) on my consumers reports for an alleged debt in which they have not produced an agreement and/or contract binding me to such allegations of these debts with them. Not only have they placed the accounts on my reports but, they've also reported negative transaction history as if I actually have a contract with them. This is fraud as, I do not hold an account under any contract with these companies. They have violated my rights protected by law under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ; 15 US Code 1681a, 15 US Code 1692, 28 US Code 1746. I am aware of my rights under 15 US Code 1681N and 15 US Code 1692k. I am demanding the abatement of these accounts and its entirety for all three consumer reporting agencies.
