As you know, this is NOT allowed under my rights and also a clear indication that this information was Not properly verified upon you receiving it. XXXX XXXX XXXX has a BALANCE DEBT OF XXXX while XXXX XXXX HAS A TOTAL DEBT BALANCE OF XXXX. I need help!!!!!! MY CREDIT REPORT ON ALL XXXX CREDIT BUREAUS ARE NOT CORRECT THERE ARE COLLECTION ON XXXX, XXXX and XXXX THAT ARE NOT MINE AND ARE INCORRECT AND DIFFERENT. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE AND BECAUSE OF THIS INCONSISTENCY, PLEASE DELETE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT PROFILE IMMEDIATELY. ACCORDING TO THE 15 USC 1681 LAW, THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY DAMAGE ON MY REPORT IS A DEFAMATION TO MY CHARACTER.

Consumer Complaint: After my first class action lawsuits I filled out with CFPB. Sent paperwork that does not have the original signed copy I asked for they sent paperwork that Don't have my signature and the paperwork they sent has stuffed whited out and they only sent 2 of 3 items that is reported on my credit report. This is becoming and inconvenience to me and my credit I been dealing with this over a year so it needs to be removed off my credit report all 3 items and not added back I have sent certified copy 's and they are not doing what I have requested so now I am requesting money for the amount I paid for certified copy 's sent and my time dealing with portfolio recovery who has not done what was asked they are not the original owner of the accounts and they brought the accounts 3 party so no I don't owe them and I wanted off my credit report it is hurting me buy a home They are saying now that Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC now owns my account which this has been changed and now has started a new date on my credit report but been dealing with this for over a year all keep doing is selling this account over and over I am XXXX I can't get this taken care of

Consumer Complaint: Portfolio Recovery Associates. I my ex wife open up a credit card ( XXXX XXXX ) around XXXX and because of the divorce she decided not to pay and the debt and it was left with me. Over the years and currently the debt has been reporting negative to credit bureaus on my credit file and XXXX also been threatening to sue me in a state that the debt was not established. When the debt became closer to being off my credit file because its been 7 years since opened, XXXX changed the date open from XXXX to XXXX. They also sent falsified monthly statements to me when ask to verify the account.

Their statements back in 2019 werent in order Anyway happy it was settled! This was due to helping my ex spouse in XXXX XXXX XXXX but due to economy in XXXX we suffered. loss of business, jobs in XXXX. Again unemployed. My complaint is this.co. Is daily harassing still. It seems robo calling by others with its name sometimes. I have listed all these # s on Do not. call website. Also when working the employers send these calls. Today I had a Call from XXXX XXXXXXXX from portfolio asking to call PRA group. No content! Constant harassment. In with employers and other connections and with XXXX.Also my phone is hacked. Calls on debts with stature of limitations, and seems operating with employers or connection who and gaining commissions perhaps! Operates with XXXX which never corrected report for a year and I am just about to check to see whether they have now done. ( with wrong spelling of names silly mistakes! It took them a year and still not sure it is done. In between suffered with high interest rates which we will have to make a separate claim as this is how they operate with car dealers

Consumer Complaint: Original Creditor : XXXX Dear Sir or Madam : I am the victim of identity theft. I recently learned that someone used my personal information to open an account and make purchases with XXXX. This debt is not mine. In accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I request that you stop collection proceedings against me and cease communications with me about this debt, except to comply with section 615 ( g ) ( 2 ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), as described below. I further request, pursuant to section 615 ( g ) ( 1 ) of the FCRA, that you notify XXXX that the debt is the result of identity theft. I Never opened a credit card with XXXX, and never will. My personal information was used to obtain credit in my name, which I am not responsible for. An identity theft report will be included. Consumer Complaint: PORTFOLIO REVOVER ASSOC IS reporting XXXX collections accounts on my credit report. Each account shows an account open date for XX/XX/2019. No date of delinquency. Pursuant to Section 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) of the FCRA, a consumer account that has been placed for collections or written off must report the actual month and year the account first became delinquent. I have never received any notice of this collection. I have not entered into any contract with Portfolio Recovery Assoc. I requested from PORTFOLIO REVOVERY ASSOC the following in order to validate the legality of this debt. 1. Authenticated Contract - Contract between consumer and original creditor, including terms and conditions of contract. 2. Proof of Title to debt 3. Proof of Assignment 4.
