Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, on my Paypal account, I received {$210.00} payment for the digital Item I am selling. Since my account is considered new for the first time payment received, I've waited for the 60 days holding period of my balance. I am not able to withdraw my money. Then, after that 60 days, I am still not able to withdraw my money in paypal. I sent the competed proof that transaction was completed and the buyer did not file a complaint for my sold digital Items and would not cause any chargeback to Paypal, but the Paypal permanently limit my account for 180 days. Please note that this time of pandemic a single cent is very important and I badly needed my hard earned money, that I think paypal should not hold it for another 180 days. Appreciate your help on this as really need to those money to pay may house rental.

Consumer Complaint: i had an account at venmo & they said i needed to give them my social security number. i refused & closed my account. they keep emailing me junk ; i've asked them to stop several times & they've said they've fixed the problem. i've filled complaints with you & others. they've responded, fully admitting they have made errors, but have fixed them. in fact, you recently closed my complaint with venmo after they responded as such & again, said they've fixed the problem. well, guess what? they have not & they continue to email me. this is seriously troubling for such a large financial services firm with millions of customers & massive amounts of peoples ' most sensitive financial and personal information. think about it. if they can't fix a simple problem like this, how rotten must their systems be. i would not be surprised if this loser company had a massive, massive data breach and or other significant problems. please investigate this matter. they obviously can not or will not fix this simple problem. thanks

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a cell phone on XXXX which arrived cracked. the seller refused to accept a return, so i opened a case with my credit card company XXXX XXXX XXXX, who put the transaction on hold with paypal. The seller agreed at that point to send the refund, so i sent back the phone, and XXXX has closed the case. paypal, however, refuses to return the funds to the seller ( who would then send it to me XXXX, since they claim that they haven't heard from XXXX that the dispute has been closed. i called both companies repeatedly, and XXXX repeatedly insists that the case is closed on their end, and it seems to be paypal which is holding the case back, as it's been stagnant for months.

Consumer Complaint: On the night of XX/XX/XXXX of 2020 I purchased 3 items on line for a total of {$510.00} from XXXX and pay pal was a third party. The side was ended to be fake and I was scammed. The transition appeared in my card as PayPal superstore and it said I bought the stuff from a wired side which wasnt XXXX XXXX. I immediately called the number on the back of the card and they cancelled my card but the transaction was through so they filled a dispute with PayPal. I called the real XXXX XXXX and they didnt have any records of the purchases so they said I was scammed and it have happened to other people. I dont know why pay pal wont give me my money back because they know it was a scammed. I have done some investigations and there is around 145 people that have been suffered the same scam that I had. In addition Pay pal know I didnt got the items that I purchased not knowing that I was dealing with a fake side instead of the real XXXX XXXX. According to my bank the items were delivered to New Jersey and I live in CT. I put my correct address when I did the purchases but still the items were delivered to New Jersey.
