They keep telling me to give it XXXX business days, that it is being re-mailed. I have repeatedly asked for it to be XXXX XXXX so it can be tracked. I was told to wait XXXX days just to see if they can XXXX. Now I get a call on XXXX XXXX, 2015, that they have wired the money to XXXX XXXX ... Consumer Complaint: I applied for a mortgage at a XXXX XXXX branch on XXXX, XXXX XXXX, loan number XXXX, I was approved and received a good faith package in the mail. A week later I called XXXX XXXX to get details of what documents they would need from me but was told the loan was denied due to a pre-forclosure from American Home Mortgage, that was on my mortgage credit history, however when I pull my credit I do not see this so it 's somehow hidden when the cosumer pulls a copy of their credit report and only showsup when creditors pull a mortgage credit report. Also, American Home Mortgagechanged their name form this to Homeward Residential, which my account number was listed under # XXXX, and is now listed under Ocwen Mortgage Servicing, Acc # XXXX. Please note that I have never been in pre-forclosure for this mortgage.. It is my strong belief that Ocwen is allowing this to be reported to keep me from refinancing my current loan that has a high 7.5 % interest rate. I do not see this information when I pull my consumer report, but mortgage companies see and inquirer about it when I apply for credit and have previously asked for an explanation. American Home Mortgage Homeward Residential and Ocwen all have a history or unethical mortgage servicingpractices along and AHMSI and Homeward faced a a class action law suit, one of the reasons they keep changing their name and reorganizing their business.

Consumer Complaint: I have a current mortgage account with OCWEN that they took over from GMAC when they went BK. they were reporting my payments to the XXXX credit agencies and then stopped. I filed a BK XXXX myself and it was discharged in 2012, they say even though I still pay my account on time, they do not have to report my payments to the credit agencies until 10 years. this is absurd, as all my other creditors still report.

Consumer Complaint: This loan was an unsecured " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' that was originated through XXXX. It was then serviced by XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. The loan was then sold a few times. In the midst of the moving of the loan, payments were marked missed that were actually simply misdirected. However, the BIGGEST problem is the fact that Ocwen Loan Service is listing this installment loan on our credit report as a mortgage loan- which it is not. This has prevented us from being able to get refinancing on our current home. We have tried everything to get Ocwen to report this correctly, to no avail. Please help!

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I filed Chapter XXXX bankruptcy and did not include my house in the bankruptcy. Ocwen is my mortgage company. I was able to continue making payments towards my mortgage up until XX/XX/XXXX. My last payment accepted by Ocwen was in XX/XX/XXXX. I made a phone call to Ocwen on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX Central time. During that conversation I was transferred to the bankruptcy department. The purpose of my call was to discuss why I was unable to make a payment in XXXX both over the phone and on the internet. The customer service representative would not allow me to make a payment. He stated that because I had declared bankruptcy my loan was then transferred to the bankruptcy department which is why I was not allowed to make a payment. The CSR stated that Ocwen had not received my reaffirmation agreement from my bankruptcy attorney, advised me to contact my attorney, have my attorney fill out the reaffirmation agreement, and fax it to Ocwen. He stated this had to be done in order for Ocwen to start accepting payments. After much back and forth between my attorney and Ocwen I learned that the information your CSR gave me was incorrect and that I should have been able to make a payment. Due to this I fell behind on my mortgage and then unfortunately lost my job early XXXX of this year. By the time I had all the information from my attorney and Ocwen, Ocwen then would not accept any payments unless the behind balance was paid in full. I was told that since the account was greater than 90 days overdue they could not accept any amount of money except the full amount. This incorrect information created quite a problem for me. When I found out that the information this CSR gave me was incorrect from another Ocwen CSR I was told " I 'm sorry you were told the wrong information but they should have been able to take a payment, you were n't speaking with a bankruptcy team expert. '' How in the world was I supposed to know that when I got transferred to the bankruptcy department that XXXX. I was n't speaking with an expert and XXXX. That the information he was giving me was incorrect and that a payment should have been accepted!!!

I sent them a money order for the shortage in my escrow account for {$180.00}. I sent my regular payment that I was paying also this month [ XXXX/XXXX/15 ].
