Consumer Complaint: Greetings, I am a resident of NC and a home owner that has had some hardship as having no employment to working XXXX jobs to keep my home. Ive submitted a loan modification to OCWEN a loan bank to please make adjustment accordingly to my income and adjust my interest rate to be affordable. However, they have denied and proceeded with attorney to for foreclosure / or short sale. I submitted paperwork and documents requested, paystubs employer statements over and over and they down play my income and deny any options. By the time you receive this i would hope that I am not put out. I would hope that they consider this is where i live. I want my home and I surely will pay. I only asked for a lower interest rate and an affordable payment. What affordable XXXX XXXX dollars with an interest rate of at least XXXX. They told me not to go to court that they would delay the foreclosure when in all I should have went and talked to the Judge. It seems they want me to lose the home giving such misleading advice.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX as Trustee wrongfully foreclosed on our home. 1. XXXX is named indispensable party in Federal complaint. XXXX as Trustee wrongfully answered the complaint. XXXX did not answer complaint. 2. Attorney for XXXX represented different corporate entities regarding XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX Court. 3. Loan was still in original XXXX XXXX trust after the foreclosure and sale indicating the loan had not been satisfied and removed from the trust as the Pooling and Servicing Agreement ( PSA XXXX states should have been removed or replaced by a similar loan. 4. No original note was filed in any court and note was not assigned to XXXX. 5. Only a fraudulent XXXX assignment of Deed of Trust was presented in court. 6. No corporate disclosure for XXXX was filed in federal court. 7. XXXX Memorandums from XXXX should not be used in any foreclosure actions. This should verify beyond all claims that XXXX, as Trustee committed a wrongful foreclosure. 8. Representative of XXXX states that XXXX has no equitable interest in any of the loans that it is trustee for. 9. XXXX, as Trustee claimed to be owner and holder of XXXX loan in federal court. Memorandums presented by XXXX show XXXX, as Trustee is not. 10. Attorney for XXXX falsely claimed that documents presented were original, true and correct and they were not. This attorney contradicted his statements regarding same which upon information and belief could be considered perjury. 11. XXXX is registered to do business in Tennessee. XXXX, as Trustee is not registered in TN. 12. Fraudulent documents were consistently produced by attorney for XXXX, Litton loan, etc., but were claimed to be true and correct throughout the federal complaint. 13. The XXXX never received any notification that the loan had been satisfied. 14. The XXXX never received any IRS form XXXX from any entity connected with their loan. Upon information and belief, this could be considered tax evasion by these entities.

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen mortgage service is a dishonest business. On there website they have an area where you put you account number and routing number in to make your payment there was n't a save information area to store you account number. So on three different occasions they said I did n't type my account number in right. I took a picture of the account number on the last two times I typed my account number and sent them the picture that it was typed in right. They refused to admit they did something shady on there end to change the number. Each time my payment was n't submitted they charge me a total of {$75.00} in late fees and now I can no longer use there service. I was told i have to use XXXX XXXX to pay them. My loan was assumed by them when XXXX XXXX sold my loan to them. I 've had my loan for 11 years and I do n't owe that much more on the loan. Each time my payment was rejected I was sent an email saying I qualify for a harp refinance loan. There company is completely unethical and I want to tell everybody I know and every realtor my husband works for, to not use there business. Please investigate and shut these corrupt people down.

Consumer Complaint: I have been in touch with several Ocwen representatives over the last 7 weeks in an attempt to take the necessary actions to remove the PMI on my account. I have been given different information by each associate and my requests for a valuation, personal appraiser requirements, timing, and payoff have gone unanswered ( note : I have a full record of the associates, dates and information I was given if requested ). I have made formal requests via email and US mail. None of the responses to my letters addressed my actual requests and each time I called the customer care line I was given the run around. It truly seems as if the associates are trained to be misleading and provide limited information and assistance so that Ocwen can benefit by continuing to receive financial rewards. In my most recent letter to Ocwen, sent via email and US post on XXXX/XXXX/15, I provided details and dates of all of my calls and requested in writing the following information. 1. Cost and timing for completion of an Ocwen-managed valuation. 2. Confirmation that Ocwen will accept private appraisals, and if so, which vendors must be used. ( I was told by a few associates that a private appraisal was acceptable however I received a letter from Ocwen dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 that states " If requested me must receive a current property valuation procured through OUR vendor '' ). 3. The date that the principal would meet the criteria ( LTV = 80 % ) to remove the PMI if I continue to make standard payments. 4. What is the current amount that, if paid immediately, will permit the removal of PMI from my mortgage. 5. The name of a contact at Ocwen, located in XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL, that I can contact directly for assistance with this process. Again, I have received no response to this request.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I purchased a home with my mom who had XXXX. I was her FPOA/HPOA at the time and I signed the mortgage documents for her. The home was held in her Trust, of which I was the Trustee. My dad had already passed and I am an only child. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX my mom passed away. At this point I had been her caregiver for nearly 8 years, and had developed a XXXX ( XXXX ), so I filed for Social Security XXXX 2 months later ( XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ). I eventually was awarded XXXX, backdated to XX/XX/XXXX, but did not start receiving checks until XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX. In the 2 years between, I ended up behind on both my XXXX ( GMAC, now Ocwen ) and XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, now XXXX XXXX XXXX ) mortgages. Founders allowed me to bring my loan current XX/XX/XXXX, with a monthly payment of {$220.00} ( @ {$25000.00} @ 8 % ), and I 've paid on time every month since. Ocwen has given me the runaround for nearly 4 years now, and have actually foreclosed on their portion of my debt ( {$84000.00} on XXXX XXXX, XXXX in XXXX County Michigan ). I have worked very hard since XX/XX/XXXX to rebuild my credit score and now have it back up to the XXXX range, I have no other debts and XXXX has agreed that my income/cash flow is sufficient to repay both loans, which is my goal. My complaint is that Ocwen made a deal with me in XX/XX/XXXX to modify my original loan with a lower payment, and I made those payments on time for 6 months straight, but when they sent the forms to me to make the new payment permanent, they put them in my DECEASED MOTHER 'S NAME - 2YEARS AFTER HER PASSING! ( see attached ) I called them to correct this, but then all of a sudden they told me they could only talk to my mother because I was n't authorized on the loan! They also stopped accepting my payments in XX/XX/XXXX. This after I was the person who signed the original documents and had been discussing refinancing with them for nearly a year! So, I faxed what they asked for, but when I called back in, again they could n't find my fax, and gave me different numbers to fax to again. This happened multiple times over the entire year of XX/XX/XXXX, and by the time they would talk to me ( XX/XX/XXXX ), they had already started the foreclosure process. Then they sent me forms to sign, but they said I owed {$100000.00} ( THE ORIGINAL LOAN IN XXXX XX/XX/XXXX WAS ONLY {$100000.00} )! I agreed to repay the amount I owed as of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( when they stopped accepting my payments ), plus any escrow shortage, but they said I had to pay the whole amount they wanted, and still foreclosed - for {$84000.00}. I tried to refi with my local bank, but they ca n't loan /me the $ $ until XX/XX/XXXX as I was forced to file ChXXXX for unpaid doctor bills, and it was just discharged XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, which is the only reason they wont loan the $ $ today. I agree to pay what I owe, but not {$16000.00} more! Or, alternately, I need them to give me until XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX to get my financing from XXXX XXXX. Please help, otherwise I think I have to move by XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and I do n't want to lose the {$70000.00} equity that I have here! Thank you for your help. XXXX XXXX, Michigan

ONE would think the trustee or Lawyer would do something. After all I am in a chapter XXXX. This is the most stressful thing I have ever done! Ocwen has place a chapter XXXX on XXXX XXXX credit I did not file a chapter XXXX and I am not XXXX XXXX. They had place somebody else credit on mine in I want it removed.

Consumer Complaint: I signed a modification offer submitted to me and my attorney by Ocwen effective XX/XX/XXXX. I made all payments timely for the amount specified in the modification agreement. However, Ocwen began to reject my payments, claiming I owed fees for unspecified reasons almost immediately. I continued to pay the amount due, plus fees that I categorically deny owing. But still, Ocwen is not cashing my XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments. I have not received a monthly statement from Ocwen for XXXX and XXXX. So, I have no idea why my checks were not cashed and applied to my account. Ocwen is in violation of numerous CFPB rules and regulations. I need CFPB assistance in forcing Ocwen to follow the rules and the law. Will you help me?

Consumer Complaint: We have a predatory loan. The mortgage adjusted/increased from a monthly payment of about {$1200.00} to over {$2200.00}. We were not aware this would happen. We could not afford the increased payments and got behind on the mortgage. In addition, we sufferred cuts in overtime and had to take furlough days which reduced our wages. We asked for a loan modification, but was denied. Each time we were denied, the mortgage servicer asked us to complete the modification paperwork all over again. We completed paperwork at least XXXX times only to be told we do not qualify. The last time we were told we qualified for the modification, made XXXX payments and again was told we did not qualify. The mortgage company filed foreclosure in 2009. We filed bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure. We want to keep our home, but the mortgage company will not work with us. At the advice of our attorney, we were told to stop making payments. We have been living in our home for several years without making payments. No one wants to talk to us. Please help!
