Consumer Complaint: My Mortgage became arrear in XX/XX/XXXXof y sent me an reinstatement notice stating that if you with Ocwen financial, In late XX/XX/XXXXof this year they sent me an letter stating that if you pay this amount by XXXX XXXX 2017 that they woukd reinstate my loan, which I did, Approximately ten days later I receive a letter stating that my XXXX XXXX quick collect would be returned and citing no reason.I called their customer service and they stated that the amount was incorrect and that is why it was being returned, I stated that I had received the letter and even acknowledged it, also I had called before making the XXXX XXXX payment and, by their customer service yes to make the payment, which I did .Later I contacted their Consumer Ombudsman and was promised some resolution and an answer which I never did.Later I was advised once again by their Customer Service agent to file a new Modification which I have and still waiting for a response.Throughout the whole process the customer service agents have been most polite and responsive.PleASE HELP AS i AM A SINGLE FATHER WITH XXXX CHILDREN WHO ARE XXXX AND NEED YOUR INTERVENTION.They need to approve the new modification so we can keep our home, Thank Yound XXXX Bless! Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2013 Ocwen Loan Servicing put our 2nd mortgage in charge off status based on the declining value of the our home. The problem is that the value of our property was never in decline. In fact the value of our property has steadily increase since we have owned our home. The charge off negatively effected our credit and put our 2nd mortgage in a delinquent status. The mortgage loan # is XXXX. There was absolutely no justified reason for Ocwen to put our 2nd mortgage in charge off status. Our home is well maintained and we take pride in the appearance and condition of our property.

Consumer Complaint: I have a problem with Ocwen they have done me and my Wife worng like the discharged XXXX of my loan back in XX/XX/XXXXmaking my balance XXXX an saying that my payment to be XXXX after that they sent me a 1099 misc tax form showing that they discharge XXXX i got behind on my payment again 3 months do to go in to the hospital for my XXXX this time they sent me modification and i filled it out this time they made my balance from XXXX to XXXX and made my payment from XXXX to XXXX per month plus instead of a fix rate they made a bloom loan. plus i have to pay the Government XXXX in taxes and XXXX to my state taxes because they discharge that XXXX and i see that CFPB filed charges against Ocwen. if you can help us please do so.

Consumer Complaint: Here is further proof that the transfer of assignment filed in XXXX County Land Records office on XX/XX/XXXX was fraudulent and American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc knew it was fraudulent. When our mortgage loan became delinquent we received letters from XXXX XXXX XXXX, which is the first time we learned that the " holder of the note '' was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as trustee for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We made a qualified writted request - verification of proof of claim request of XXXX XXXX XXXX to provide copies of any transfers or assignments to show that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as trustee for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was the " holder of the note '' because no transfers or assignments had been filed in the XXXX County Land Records office that transferred the note or deed of trust from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as trustee for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX was not able to provide any of the documentation to show the note or deed of trust was ever transferred to the trust. We also made the same request of AHMSI and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to provide copies of any transfers or assignments to show that note or deed of trust was transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as trustee for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. From XXXX 's website I was able to see the attached communication from AHMSI 's research department that shows the qualified written request - verification of proof of claim request that was made and a cease and desist notice that had been filed in the XXXX County Land Records office, which AHMSI decided to disregard. There is also an attached email dated XX/XX/XXXX from AHMSI 's Legal Correspondence Group to disregard my cease and desist request regarding the foreclosure action and as we know, the fraudulent transfer of assignment was filed 10 months later. The attached response from AHMSI 's Loan Administration Research Specialist were documents to show that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as trustee for XXXX XXXX was the holder of the note. But the attached documents just shows that as of XX/XX/XXXX, the holder was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and that note and deed of trust had not been transferred to the trust, which is also evidenced by the title search we did in XX/XX/XXXX. AHMSI had no idea that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did not transfer the note or deed of trust to XXXX XXXX and requested that we direct our concerns to XXXX XXXX XXXX. As we know from the declaration of President of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX did not own any residential mortgages to transfer as of XX/XX/XXXX. So how is the transfer of assignment that was filed in XX/XX/XXXX valid? Again, we have not received any valid transfers or assignments to show that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as trustee for XXXX XXXX is the holder of the note. We have been making this same request from XX/XX/XXXX and have not received the requested documents. We have only received the fabricated documents to wrongfully foreclose on our homestead and collect our monthly mortgage.

I was out of work, recovering from XXXX and XXXX, in til late XX/XX/XXXX into XX/XX/XXXX. I applied for a loan modification and was denied, even though I am receiving Social security XXXX. I applied for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX XXXX XXXX, and they accepted my application and agreed to pay Ocwen {$50000.00} which they rejected because my outstanding balance was over that amount. At the same time they denied my loan modification even though I make more than sufficient money monthly. I contacted Ocwen on XX/XX/XXXX an ask why was the $ XXXX from NJ housing rejected and they did give me a loan modification, but wanted me to pay over {$57000.00} to save my house. I am waiting to hear back from Ocwen escalations to see If they would accept the {$5000.00} from NJ housing Authority, minus their fees with turns out to be {$50.00}, 300 plus at the end of XX/XX/XXXX. Consumer Complaint: Back on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX my realtor received an offer on my home, and we emailed the offer, third party authorization, buyer proof of funds and the preliminary HUD to the lender for review to postpone the foreclosure sale. Me, my realtor and my realtors assistant have phoned the lender everyday this week to check the status and to do a formal request to postpone the foreclosure sale and the lender has continuously informed us that they did not receive the email which the email address is XXXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXXX. Then when I phoned today, they stated that they have the documents but they will need more time to review the documents, and I do not have more time. The foreclosure sale is Tuesday, XXXX XXXX, XXXX @ XXXX. The lender has been XXXX around with me and my realtor for two weeks now, and this is simply unreasonable and I am desperate for help and trying as hard as I can to make this work, and I feel as if the lender is not assisting me with the foreclosure postponement. I understand that the lender did not put me in this situation, but they are not doing what the government says a lender should do to provide foreclosure alternatives to me as a homeowner either. Please HELP!

Consumer Complaint: I tried to refinance our mortgage to get a fixed rate. I found out we have a balloon mortgage on a forty- three year note. I did not even know we had a 43 year note. I also do n't unstated a balloon payment or escrow etc. we never signed anything. We can not refinance because my credit score. I did not sign any documents approving a 43 year note. I have lived in my house for 27 years. I am so doubt when it comes to escrow etc. my balance has gotten out of hand and we will never pay it off. I just want someone to get the papers you are suppose to have with a mortgage company and review them. At one point they were charging a XXXX a day late fees. You can talk to them because they are so rude I desperate need help. Seems like there is no help for people with illegal mortgages. I do n't know who to turn too. I am retired and on XXXX and have a hard time u derstanding all this. Please help me
