Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, I mailed an FTC notice to stop reporting fraudulent charges to Navy Federal Credit Union. Navy Federal Credit Union does not check the mail of the address that they listed on the credit report so I am uploading the notice here. Since Navy FCU is ignoring their mail. I forwarded the dispute to XXXX. XXXX refuses to submit the dispute to NFCU stating that they can not dispute a fraudulent item more than once. XXXX XXXX refusal to investigate new info is a violation of FDCPA I am making all efforts to avoid litigation. The erroneous information reported has caused me to be denied millions of dollars in Cares act funds and other credit, which is causing me millions in damages.

Consumer Complaint: Basic lee I had navy federal credit union freeze up all of my accounts and restricted every thing and said it was a permanent security restriction due to some one hacking into them on line a XXXX XXXX XXXX and the credit unions security department has been really nasty and every thing else and they are being rally rude and nastey to me and refuse to help me and told me to submit a security appeal form then I am getting the run around from the credit unions Security department. I had tried calling them multiple times with no luck. Basic lee I fell because I am a victrum of identity theft the credit union is taking every thing out on me and they should not be.

They said it was due to fraud which I have no idea how when I got my account access number from my sister. I opened my account and had it for months before navy federal all of a sudden with no notification closed my account and when I call they will not give me any information on the details of why my account was closed. They still send me monthly statements of my account balance but will not let me into my account

The lenders are Navy Federal Credit Union and XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/2021 in regards to this matter and was told to contact the creditor/lender directly to verify. Each lender has informed me that no accounts exist or lines of credit have been issued under my social however, there was an application submitted that resulted in the inquiry. XX/XX/XXXXis not working proactively to resolve this matter even with the lenders confirming that I have no active accounts.

This payment was late due to incorrect information provided over the phone from a NFCU representative. I remember calling and asking when they reported to credit bureaus and the representative said I still had a couple days to make the payment not regarding it was a weekend and that it would not process my payment until following week.

Consumer Complaint: I have a credit card with Navy Federal Credit Union. I was living in the XXXX in XXXX and XXXX for Medical School so I alerted them of a temporary address change however I never received my bill at my new current address. Fast forward to today, I have 2-30 day late payments on my credit report from XXXX and XXXX. I reached out to them via a goodwill letter last year and also alerted them that I requested a temporary address change for XXXX and XXXX. Both claims were denied and they will not remove these 2-30 day late payments from XXXX and XXXX even though I never received the bill due to living in the XXXX for medical school. I have since made more than 36 on time payments ( 3 years ). I am very upset and disappointed as it is not my fault that even though I requested my temporary address change, they didnt change it nor did they send my bill to the correct address. This is unacceptable.
