Consumer Complaint: THERE IS A ACTIVE DISPUTE ON A CHARGE FROM XXXX XXXX IN XXXX XXXX XXXX TX. I CALL THE BANK AND SHARED WITH THEM WHAT HAPPEN. THEY SAID CONTACT THE MERCHANT SO I DID. I ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CORP HEADQUARTERS FOR THE RESTAURANT. I HAVE HEAD NOTHING BUT HARD TIMES DUE TO THIS ON GOING ISSUE. MY CARD WAS CANCELED AND THEY REISSUED ANOTHER CARD WITH OUT TELLING ME THIS WAS HAPPENING. I LIVE OFF MY CREDIT CARDS AND THESE PEOPLE KNOW THIS AS THEY CAN SEE THE USAGE. XXXX IS THE MANAGER I SPOKE TO TODAY AS I HAD THE CALL ESCALATED. I WAS ANGRY AS I AM TRYING TO GIVE THEM THE PROOF THEY NEED FOR THE COMMUNICATION WITH XXXX. I WAS NOT ABLE TO LOAD TO THE MESSAGE CENTER.. TO HAVE A MANAGER HANG UP IN MY FACE IS BS! I AM CALLING FOR HELP AND TO FIND ANOTHER WAY I CAN FORWARD THE EMAIL OR SEND THE PROOF OR GO TO THE BANK IT SELF AS I WAS TOLD IT WAS OPEN. 1 HOUR TO DRIVE THERE AND ITS CLOSED! Consumer Complaint: On the XXXX of XX/XX/2021 my husbands card was stolen and used in XXXX at an XXXX. We reported the fraud on our account to Navy federal credit union they told us it was going to take five days before we could get our money back and today the XXXX or XX/XX/2021 we called them and they proceeded to tell me it wont be back into the account for another ten days and then tells us that the only throng they can do is issue a credit for XXXX to our account that we would have to pay back. So now I owe them the money that should of been in my account anyways. They say they are all about customer service but they are not its very upsetting being lied to me o over and over again about how long my money will be given back. Im the only one working in my family and I have three little girls at home to have to feed and by diapers for ... if they wouldnt have lied I could of at least tried to borrow money til my claim was closed but they told me Id get my money back in 5 days well here we are 7 days later and I still havent seen my money. Im very disappointed with this credit union and how they have handled this whole situation. They have zero respect for customers.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX my XXXX closed on a home-sold a property. Navy Federal Credit Union max check deposit is XXXX. XXXX XXXX of XXXX Wisconsin provided three escrow checks. I deposited on XXXX a check in the amount of {$28000.00} and {$50000.00}. I called NFCU and the representatives waive my ability to deposit both. On XXXX my account showed two transactions of {$220.00} made available to me. On XXXX evening my acct was negative {$49000.00}. I have called numeral times and sent messsges, however the bank just states its their process. I disagree that a check hold would put anyones bank in the negative. This is a bad business practice, I received no warning and NFCU should correct their collection process.

Consumer Complaint: So this guy I know decides to steal a check from his family member or his gf family I should say and decided to tear my name off a piece of paperwork in my vehicle to act as if I signed the back of the stolen check. He then deposits check into my NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION SAVINGS ACCOUNT VIA MOBILE DEPOSIT. How do I prove I was not involved in this fraud and how do I clear my name? My account of 18 years has been closed and I'm probably facing a felony charge help what do I do? Not to mention I'm being treated like a criminal updates are nonexistent from my bank or authorities and I'm scared to death plus the guy is threatening me if I act on my knowledge what should I do

Consumer Complaint: I've been working with XXXX XXXX, manager at Navy Federal mortgage department. I informed my loan officer from the start that I will not have an impound account on the loan. I was informed by XXXX XXXX ( loan officer ) that my loan will not have an impound account as I requested. I was informed by XXXX XXXX that my loan was approved yesterday. When I informed XXXX that I informed XXXX of the impound account she became combative and aggressive and lied to me stating to bad. Unless you have a higher credit score and put 20 % down payment, Navy Federal requires an impound account on VA loan. I informed XXXX that requesting 20 % down on VA loan in order to cancel out an impound account is illegal and against VA guidelines. I asked XXXX XXXX to provide me documentation of this on VA loans. She stated thats an internal document and I will not be able to review the document. I explained to XXXX XXXX, that the VA loan department nor Navy Federal requires this as you can see in my last VA loan with Navy Federal. XXXX XXXX responded threatening me that she will close out my loan. I stated that I do not give her permission. She responded too bad. This is extreme maltreatment of a Navy Federal employee to a Navy Federal Member and needs to be address immediately. XXXX war veterans do not deserve this. Consumer Complaint: My vehicle Loan with Navy Federal Credit Union was charged off in XX/XX/2015 after repossessing the vehicle in XX/XX/2015. Navy Federal shut down all access to my account and I was a victim of their unfair debt collection practices. I was never contacted by Navy Federal Credit Union after they were found to have violated their customers rights. I have tried to contact them to alleviate the problem and I was treated terribly. I don't believe that this company has learned from its past mistakes.

Multiple small transactions were made over a period of a month or so. Attempted to call XXXX upon finding these transactions in my statement. This did not resolve my issue. Contacted Navy Federal Credit Union to file a dispute and replace my debit card. Navy federal denied my claim for fraud with little to no evidence given to me as to why. They have refused to helped since.
