Consumer Complaint: I was purchasing a software which was never delivered by the seller and they kept requesting funds to actually deliver. I called my bank in attempt to cancel the pending transaction which they would not do anything until is posted. Once it posted they gave me no assistance to dispute my funds. Ive been a member of this bank for almost 10 years and was very disappointed that they would not help me. It happened on XX/XX/2021 to XXXX XXXX and i have written documentation that the product was never delivered. A payment of {$350.00} was sent then to register the product the seller requested {$210.00} and that was sent. Nothing ever came out of it and I should have some sort of protection for my funds. Its not fair for people just to steal your money and get away especially since your funds should be backed by your financial institution. I am requesting a credit of some sort or a full refund.

Consumer Complaint: Good afternoon, I am not sure if this is a complaint -- however, I can't seem to resolve it with either bank/credit union. I was seeking information on a possible duplicate deposit of a check that I had deposited XX/XX/XXXX ( dated XX/XX/XXXX ). The deposit was rejected this week by Navy Federal Credit Union. When I contacted Navy Federal, I was advised that Federal Reserve indicated that XXXX XXXX said this check was deposited into a XXXX XXXX account XX/XX/XXXX. I don't have a XXXX account and I did not show an amount matching this amount deposited into my accounts. I was told to contact XXXX XXXX and find out more information on the history of this check since it was their instrument. When I called XXXX XXXX I wasn't able to get any information and referred back to Navy Federal. I wasn't ever connected with a XXXX XXXX supervisor and I was placed on hold for a long while. I want more information on the check to confirm it is not fraud and that I did in fact deposit or cash this check.

Consumer Complaint: I'm a victim of identity theft. I disputed " membership '' charges as well as credit card charges for two credit card accounts that were fraudulently associated to me. I have no knowledge of the transactions, and can attest to the fact that I did not apply for nor use any credit given to me by Navy Federal Credit Union. They have failed to provide me with any proof that I ever opened any accounts with them. They have further failed to provide me any details as to how they came to the erroneous conclusion that I am responsible for the transactions that occurred. I have provided them with a police report and multiple dispute letters. Please advise on how you can assist me. Thank you.
