Consumer Complaint: So many issues. The XXXX Georgia branch is so prejudice. Every time I walk in that branch the answer is NO. They hold my dads deposits for two weeks at a time.My father has had an account with them since XXXX and he told me he refuses to use that account because of the way he is treated. They have refused to provide me with a debit card, with my Tennessee Drivers license I opened the account with. I am XXXX and every single employee is XXXX. Not one single XXXX employee. It has made it impossible to bank with them.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, So I spoke to my bank Navy Federal Credit Union, and XXXX about an issue with a credit account that was removed from my credit report without my consent. I spoke to XXXX on XX/XX/2021 via phone and online about a remark on my account that dropped my credit score by 88 points. I asked transunion over the phone and online about the drop, saying there might be an issue with my NFCU credit card. XXXX spoke to me and said over the phone they removed the remark. About a month later I noticed how my account for XXXX was back to my usual credit score, but my XXXX account had not returned to normal. I noticed that my credit card account was removed for some reason. I have been speaking to both XXXX and NFCU about this, and have messages from NFCU on their app. Navy has stated they reached out to XXXX and were told I needed to provide some type of reinsertion letter with my signature and other information on it, I am not doing that and making myself liable if there is some fault on one of these parties here. I spoke to XXXX about this, and they stated that navy never reached out to them and started whatever reinsertion process. I have never told any of these parties to remove any account in my name, I still have my credit card and the account is open. I want a 3rd party to mediate communication amongst these two and please get this handled, that is it. I am not doing another round XXXX involved with this, because someone probably just made an error somewhere because I was concerned about a sudden credit drop. XXXX XXXX

It turned out to be a current NFCU member who was involved in this scamming transaction. My issue was that since all parties are NFCU members, then this type of action should be deemed unacceptable and some type of action need to have taken place towards the scamming individual. And I should receive my money back. I'm not satisfied with the decision made by my financial institution.

Consumer Complaint: Navy Federal is reporting fraudulent accounts that are not mine on my report. I filed a dispute in XXXX to all 3 credit Bureaus and everyone of the bureaus removed the 2 Navy Federal accounts from my report. It was off my report for 5 months from XX/XX/2019- XX/XX/2019 and in XX/XX/2019 XXXX put the both the Navy Federal accounts back on my credit report. I have tried to dispute this these accounts on my report for the pass 2 years and XXXX will not removed the accounts saying that the creditor verified the debit, they can not verify the debit 5 months later. It is against the law for Navy Federal to not respond within 30 days and then 5 months later after the accounts were removed to put the accounts back on my report. I have provided documentation that this was a fraudulent accounts because I was a victim of fraud and had to close my bank account because of it. Please have XXXX remove Navy Federal accounts from my credit report. Also there is a collection that XXXX XXXX has reporting XXXX that needs to be removed from my account because I have settled all debts with them. Also XXXX is reporting to all 3 credit bureaus that I was late on my credit card payment and my personal loan. I had XXXX and was told that I shouldn't be penalized for having XXXX and XXXX will remove these late statues from my report.

Consumer Complaint: I opened up an account with navy federal Credit Union late XX/XX/2021. I received my debit card today ( XX/XX/2021 ). I was unable to activate and log into my account online. I contacted customer service and the representative told me a restriction was placed on my account because of information received by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was advised to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX. Upon calling, I was instructed to order a consumer report. I called Navy Federal back and was treated with the rudest service. I asked the CSR to close my account and refund me the money I used to open the account. The CSR stated I would need to speak with the security department and advised of a 1 hour hold time. I asked her for the email or direct phone number because a 1 hour hold time is too long. She refused to provide me with further info. I am requesting that Navy Federal close my checking/savings account and issue me my initial opening deposit.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2021 there was an unauthorized transaction on my account at Navy Federal Credit Union. When I called to report it I was put on hold and the problem was not resolved. The phone operators were rude and kept putting me on hold and never returning to the line. The following morning I physically went in to the branch to file a complaint and they issued me a new card. With that card I started payments on my XXXX car insurance until there was fraud again. When XXXX tried to process a payment for {$220.00} the payment did not process and XXXX contacted me that another payment was due for {$330.00}. I paid that with new card only to find out that 2 payments processed. When I asked NFCU to stop the processing on XX/XX/XXXX they refused. I called back on the XXXX of XXXX and they still did not process a refund until XX/XX/XXXX th. Now NFCU is saying I will have no funding for 10 days. NFCU refuses to give me my money back and was put on hold 6 times by customer service.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is in regards to the Navy Federal Credit Union Charge OFF account for the balance of {$6300.00} on my XXXX credit report as XXXX XXXX. This account has been a Charge Off account on my report for over 7 years and I have not made any payments to this account in over 7 years ; nor, have I ever authorized any payments to this account in over 7 years, thus the XX/XX/XXXX payment that Navy Federal Credit Union is reporting that I paid is fraudulent. The accounts I had with Navy Federal Credit Union were a checking and savings account that I had not deposited money into for well over 7 years, and I had a Refinance Car Loan account. I had not deposit any money into the checking and savings accounts in well over 7 years therefore there was not any money to draw a XX/XX/XXXX payment to this Charge Off account and I have never made nor authorized a payment to this Charge Off account. All payments for the Refinance Car Loan account were made directly to that account. Even the total loss insurance payment of over {$8000.00} that I received from my insurance, The General, in the winter of XXXX due to the car being wrecked and deemed a total loss was paid directly to the Refinance Car Loan I had with Navy Federal Credit Union ; and, I paid the remaining due balance directly to the Refinance Car Loan account. Once Navy Federal Credit Union received the last {$300.00} payment from me in Spring XXXX for the remaining balance of the Refinance Car Loan, they ( Navy Federal Credit Union ) closed all accounts I had with Navy Federal Credit Union and the Refinance Car Loan account was marked as paid and closed. Again, I have never deposited any money into the checking and savings accounts I have with Navy Federal Credit Union in well over 7 years so, there was no money to draw a XX/XX/XXXX payment from, I have never made a payment to this Charge Off account in over 7 years, nor have I authorized a payment to this Charge Off account, thus the XX/XX/XXXX payment is a false fabrication and blatant attempt by Navy Federal Credit Union to not have this account removed from my XXXX credit report. I am both disgusted and appalled at this illegal and deceptive behavior of Navy Federal Credit Union. This charge off account was reaching it's 7th year of reflecting on my XXXX credit report and in a attempt to extend the time that it reflects on my XXXX credit report, they fraudulently fabricated a record of a XX/XX/XXXX payment that I never made, and submitted the false and fraudulent record to XXXX in response to my previous dispute fraudulently showing a recent XX/XX/XXXX payment, but they did not include the form of this fraudulent XX/XX/XXXX payment in their records they submitted to XXXX because I never made, nor authorized a payment to this Charge Off account in over 7 years, and it would reveal their fraudulence. This account has negatively reflected on my XXXX credit report for over 7 years, has now unlawfully exceeded both the State of California and Federal limits and must be removed immediately. If this charge off account is not rightfully removed immediately as the law requires, I will be suing Navy Federal Credit Union for their unlawful and fraudulent practices, and for damages as my credit score has dropped another 34 points directly as a result of the fraudulence of Navy Federal Credit Union 's reporting of this charge off account thus, illegally and negatively affecting my quality of life.
