Consumer Complaint: I had 6000 stolen from my account. I tried to stop the theft from occuring by calling the bank and telling them my account passwords were changed and compromised. But they kept the account open and 1k was stolen on that night. The bank said that because I still had my card present they couldn't refund me the money. Now my account is negative 1k and I'm so frustrated and feel robbed by them. I even went into the branch and told them and they just assured me I'd be taken car of but we're late submitting my claim. They said it's impossible to duplicate a card but it isnt and they are being duplicated as mine was please help me!!!

Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX and I'm submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. I, XXXX XXXX, consumer, natural person and original creditor contacted NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION in writing on XX/XX/2021 requesting that said company validate this alleged debt and also sent them a cease and desist letter asking that they stop contacting me. NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION received all documents on XX/XX/2021. NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT has yet to respond and has continued to send statements after documents were received. NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION has failed to report this alleged debt as disputed pursuant to 15 USC 1692g ( b ) If the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period described in subsection ( a ) that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, or that the consumer requests the name and address of the original creditor, the debt collector shall cease collection of the debt, or any disputed portion thereof, until the debt collector obtains verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment, or the name and address of the original creditor, and a copy of such verification or judgment, or name and address of the original creditor, is mailed to the consumer by the debt collector. Collection activities and communications that do not otherwise violate this subchapter may continue during the 30-day period referred to in subsection ( a ) unless the consumer has notified the debt collector in writing that the debt, or any portion of the debt, is disputed or that the consumer requests the name and address of the original creditor. Any collection activities and communication during the 30-day period may not overshadow or be inconsistent with the disclosure of the consumers right to dispute the debt or request the name and address of the original creditor. NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION was given 30 days to validate this alleged debt and has failed to do so. I have been harmed by NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION and also my credit report and file has been damaged due to NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION housing unvalidated and unverified information and therefore they are civilly liable to pay me for the damages.

Consumer Complaint: Navy federal credit union has marked a late payment remark on my credit report this is inaccurate and they refuse to fix this issue. My account was set up on auto pay until i lost my job. I spoke with a rep on XX/XX/XXXX. She asked if i needed assistance because she noticed XXXX bill had not been paid. My bill is due on the XXXX of every month. I sent payments in every XXXX weeks until i lost my job. XXXX days after i missed my payment i set up a payment arrangement that would allow me to become current for XXXX and XXXX. My next payment was not due until XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX navy federal reported my open end credit plan as 120 days late. USC 1666a states open end credit plans can not be marked as late. i mentioned that to the rep as well as the fact that i was never XXXX days late. I have called and spoke with several reps and no one is willing to help. Last rep hung up on me when asking why did are they mis reporting my information .She told me to file a complaint and file a dispute. This is unfair to me as a consumer, my information should be reported complete and accurate. I want this information deleted from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I received a XXXX deposit into my account XXXX XXXX XXXX deposit for XXXX and another for XXXX for my business XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. the bank allowed access to the funds until XXXX XXXX and froze remaining funds that were in the account and stated that the would be sending remaining funds back to XXXX. I have waited and provided documentation showing that I'm the owner of the business and have been waiting since XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX the remaining funds were removed from my account which than I believed the funds had been sent back I reached out XXXX days later to the XXXX which was XX/XX/2021 and was informed funds still hadn't been received the bank failed to notify me of the steps for my money and still are holding funds at the security dept and stated it could be a additional XXXX months before they even send it back to the XXXX can you assist?

Consumer Complaint: Called Company to because my vehicle should already be paid in full. Pursiung to my credit contract as the holder of this consumer credit contract, as the debtor I am now asserting my rights ( Title XXXX ). The contract was paid in full at the time of signing with a negotiable instrument ( Contract / Promissory Note ) with my signature. The contract is fraud because there should be no monthly payment due. In 1933, Congress took our ability to pay away with physical money. Banks, dealerships are not supposed to be paid more than once and they were paid after signing in full. Per 15 USC 1691, I have the right to exercise my right and can not be discriminated against. Other violations on my contract show as follows ; There is no heading for the method determined the finance charge. There is also supposed to be a form for recission and instead it just shows a return policy. According to 12 CFR 1026.5 The creditor shall make the disclosures required by this subpart clearly and conspicuously. ( ii ). There is also supposed to be a notice within the form stating as follows : 16 CFR 433.2 NOTICE ANY HOLDER OF THIS CONSUMER CREDIT CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND DEFENSES WHICH THE DEBTOR COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED PURSUANT HERETO OR WITH THE PROCEEDS HEREOF. RECOVERY HEREUNDER BY THE DEBTOR SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY THE DEBTOR HEREUNDER. Moreover, I also mentioned with the representative that 18 US Code 8 States this code gives us the power to use negotiable instruments as payment for a credit sale transaction. Please see as follows : 18 U.S. Code 8 - Obligation or other security of the United States defined. The term obligation or other security of the United States includes all bonds, certificates of indebtedness, XXXX XXXX currency , Federal Reserve notes, Federal Reserve bank notes, coupons, United States notes, Treasury notes, gold certificates, silver certificates, fractional notes, certificates of deposit, bills, checks, or drafts for money, drawn by or upon authorized officers of the United States. I am well aware of my rights and I understand my promissory note was accepted, they now become the holder in due course and are liable for carrying out the order, this includes negotiable instruments. The secretary of state proves I do not have a lien holder. Lastly I would like to add the term " Finance Charge '' does not mean loan. Under regulation Z act, the bank can not loan money and can not loan credit ( Truth Lending Act ).

Consumer Complaint: I have a negative account showing up as a closed account on my XXXX credit report. the account isn't mine it has been removed from the other two credit agencies. Credit card for Navy Federal amount {$500.00}. That account belongs to someone else. I have no responsibility for the account at all. I have disputed this 6 times and it keeps coming back as verified. The account holder has a different and XXXX needs to do a legit investigation and remove this from my file. I know for a fact this is not my account as I have already spoken to the original company and they told me to file a dispute and it would be corrected. That's why it was removed from XXXX and XXXX. It clearly says this was not my account It says Authorized user Authorized users aren't legally responsible for making payments. I was not the primary account holder on this account

Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX entered into a consumer credit transaction with Navy Federal Credit Union on XX/XX/2021. I am aware of Navy Federal Credit Unions discriminatory practices, as well as their unlawful AND unjustifiable means when making decisions. I initiated a consumer credit transaction and was denied my right to be extended credit through you after applying in good faith which violates 15 USC 1691 ( a ) ( 3 ). The adverse action furnished on my consumer report is proof a transaction occurred, and I shouldnt have been denied for credit. Furthermore, a transaction was completed using my Credit Card as per 15 USC 1602 ( l ) and I the consumer never benefited which violates 15 USC 1602p. The consumer credit transaction was completed when I filled out the credit application ( extended credit ) 15 USC 1691 ( d ) ( 6 ). Not only did this transaction result in an adverse action against myself the Original Creditor, but I also experienced a great deal of mental, physical, physiological trauma causing confusion, XXXX, and sleepless nights with bouts of XXXX and XXXX dysfunction. No one should ever experience what I have experienced when it comes to anything that belongs to them and rightfully so. This is extortion in fact per 18 USC 894 ( 1 ) and regrettably so.

Navy Federal credit Union is in violation of the following Federal laws : Fact, affiant is aware and has proof pursuant to 15 USC 1611 that Navy Federal Credit Union is criminally liable for violations of 15 USC 1605 and 1666d as it led me to believe that I am responsible for paying cash for the balance on the XXXX XXXX account. Navy FederaXXXX has accepted cash payments from me. Fact, affiant is aware and has proof pursuant to 15 USC 1605 that a finance charge is the sum of all charges. A finance charge was involved in the consumer credit transaction I initiated when opening the XXXX XXXX account. Fact, affiant is aware and has proof pursuant to 18 USC 8 that I am not responsible for any financial obligations to Navy Federal Credit Union. Fact, affiant is aware and has proof pursuant to 15 USC 1666d, that Navy Federal has failed to credit my XXXX XXXX account with the finance charge involved in the consumer credit transaction I initiated upon opening this credit account on XX/XX/2021. Fact, affiant is aware and has proof pursuant to 15 USC 6802 that I have the right to opt out of the sharing of my nonpublic personal information with third parties. Consumer Complaint: I am very upset with this issue. I sent a letter to the Creditors and Collections agency regarding inaccurate accounts on my report. It is now XXXX days and I have not received a repsonse. I did my research and I am for sure that they have XXXX days to reply back and they have not. I know that failure to respond is grounds for immediate removal.
