Consumer Complaint: Urgent action needed NFCU and XXXX XXXX are aware of the Urgency and delicate situation of XXXX XXXXXXXX with my husband, their negligence in providing an agreement caused me to possibly loose my home my husband and his lawyer took advantage of me ( I dont have a lawyer ) I ( am the victim ) and lied to the judge an order of selling my home was placed as neither the mortgage company NFCU XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ( both refused ) to write a letter to say pending or status. On XX/XX/XXXX they send an agreement of deferral payment and I agree but the process involves my husband my abuser signature and he wont do it he wants the home sold to punish me as he was found guilty sentence and charged for XXXX stalking. I want to to over the mortgage payment he has not reside or pay the home since XXXX and abuse me by controlling the acces to the mortgage account. The Bank and program are aware of the severe financial hardship he caused me as welll of my health. I am low working the grant is approved since XX/XX/XXXX but the judge ordered to sell. I need urgent help by XXXX or I loose the grant and my home becoming homeless and the abuse from him continues. I am recovering my financial independence and o need urgent attention.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/22 fraudulent activity took place at XXXX. Someone hacked into our online account, reported previous month ( cleared ) charges as fraud to obtain a " provisional credit '' up to {$830.00}, got the credit and transferred the monies to another account ( in the name of XXXX XXXX ). They also attempt to obtain a loan through NFCU. We have gone back and forth with NFCU and are being told they can not provide us with any information, this was not fraud etc. The initial charges they requested the provisional credit for had already been cleared a month prior and this was acknowledged they were in fact his, the dispute is ; we DID NOT request these to be reported as fraud online, we DID NOT transfer the " provisional credit '' to another account, we DO NOT know the person listed on the transfer and we DID NOT request a loan. They have not corrected the hard inquiry that is on his credit report. The primary account holder is a XXXX XXXX XXXX and in the XXXX XXXX XXXX. NFCU has moved the negative balance to the new active account and is making us responsible for the monies instead of going after the people. NFCU is NOT providing us ANY information about the matter other than its not fraud and they cant tell us anything.

Consumer Complaint: AS of XXXX there is an amount being reported to the credit bureau of XXXX approximately as a loan in which I have not knowledge about. I requested a loan and was not approved. I paid off credit card which was pre paid in full along with the previous balance being a chargeback. his issue baffles me. So i have no idea what NFCU is reporting on my credit bureau. It seems this is against FCRA. Not to mention i never authorize payments. I do not owe ANYTHING to NFCU let alone a loan nor authorize any payments which is against my privacy rights. No actions have taken toward reconsiliation on this problem.

The fraudulant check was cashed at Navy FCU XXXX ( XXXXXXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/22 at XXXX. -- XXXX XXXX was contacted and a stop payment was placed on the check but it was too late to halt payment The incident was reported to XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX, XXXX, Claim # XXXX & they have not taken any action other than a cursory inquiry. They claim that it has been over 90 days and the Navy FCU has not responded to them. No further action will be taken by them. -- A police report was filed on XX/XX/22 for forgery/fraud with the XXXX XXXX Police Dept. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Phone XXXX XXXXXXXX. -- The XXXX XXXX XXXX was notified on XX/XX/22 of the stolen check, the claim XXXX XXXXXXXX for their internal investigation. No results or follow up communicationce since then.

Consumer Complaint: I filed a previous compla9int against Navy Federal Credit union, due to the collection practices and untruths they were telling merchants about me. They had locked me out of my account statements stating I needed to update my phone number in order to release the block. After the complaint was submitted, I got access for a few days, and now locked out again after they received the complaint from this office. I had received some extra funds from VA due to backpay, and I asked that they take whatever I owed in bank charges due to my credit card and checking account fees accumulated. The accounts closed and written off after filing bankruptcy. When I received the backpay, the bankruptcy was dismissed and instead of refiling I paid off the debts possible with what I had, one being the vehicle. The credit union took XXXX and the bankruptcy court was refunding the money held for rent into my account and due to the landlord as the bankruptcy court required the payments be set up through them facing an eviction., The credit union then takes another XXXX. XXXX from the landlords ' checks without notifying me about the remaining debt I was trying to pay. There was over XXXX when I asked them to collect on the debts, and they wait til the bills are paid and I have XXXX and take the landlord 's check. I asked for a printout of the debt totaling the XXXX and the call center advised me I would have to get it from my statements. I asked them to break it down so I can see XXXX in service fees, because I was seeing service fees 3-4 times for the same issues. I now can not access my account statements to see the charges they took. All I have is he screenshot of current transactions, everything else inaccessible. Now they state I have to verify some security issues. This bank has now reimbursed close to XXXX, labeling it adj. I don't know for what or why or if that error caused all the other issues of insufficient fund 's charges, and merchant the money took by the check verification people In my last dispute, which they denied, they stated that they spoke to my bank who authorized the transactions to be collected by the XXXX XXXX XXXXy. The state they spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX and received documentation authorizing the deductions. How does another bank verify authorized the withdrawal of another 's banks customers by a XXXX XXXX? And the bank, XXXX XXXX, has been no authority over any of my accounts as they are a credit repair prepaid Credit Card only company. They do not hold checking accounts. Navy Federal had no business discussing any banking activity pertaining to my Navy Federal Account, and no one has authority to disclose any PHI with another bank to deny a legitimate dispute. There was no investigation on the illegal access to my account, and the disputes department violated my privacy rights discussing anything with my credit card company, using my personal information to access the accounts. They are either trying to run me out or conspiring to set me up for some banking issues as they are lying to other banks, accessing my other banks to obtain information, and lying to merchants about me telling the bank that the checks area not mine, and that they are postdating them after I wrote them. The credit union has got me XXXX, ruined my reputation, and continues to lock me out of my accounts to prove the issues are legitimate, as they refuse to honor their reimbursement for Charges not mine. at the bottom of their page on a screen shot is XXXX XXXX ; again, I had no account with them, I actually XXXX them as they have scammed me twice before, navy federal in the middle. now another XXXX into it and Id rather lose the money than deal with their professional dispute personnel, that call secured credit card companies to see if they allowed the collection agency to access the Navy Federal account. I'm not stupid, and XXXX XXXX can not allow a company to access Navy Federal XXXX and collect from federal deposits as a debt collection.
