Navy FCU sent a generic email with no explanation as to why claim was denied after sending them evidence. They've also since discarded claim info from the website. As can see XXXX 's rep is clearly trying to play games and gaslight the situation.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of 2023, I misplaced my wallet and my entire family helped me search for it. This can be seen on our security cameras. However, I soon discovered that someone was attempting unauthorized transactions using my frozen cards. I immediately reported these transactions to the respective businesses and froze all my cards, including credit cards, child support, Navy Federal XXXX and XXXX cards, and XXXX. I also noticed unauthorized airline transactions and other suspicious activity with my Navy Federal account, so I filed a fraud claim and informed the banking institution. To address the ongoing transactions, I filed a police report and contacted the police when the perpetrator made XXXX fraudulent transactions at XXXX. I also reached out to the store and informed them about the fraudulent card being used. Unfortunately, they advised me to contact the police as they couldn't assist in this situation. The police provided me with documentation confirming that I was a victim of fraud, which I promptly provided to Navy Federal. However, despite providing all the necessary documentation, including screenshots and police paperwork, the financial institution has not returned my XXXX Bank funds amounting to {$2200.00}. This failure to return my funds is having a significant impact on my corporate business.

Consumer Complaint: Navy Federal has stolen {$140.00} via my XXXX account to pay for their egregious banks fees that are NOT legal.i have received return check fees and have never physically held or given out checks. There system never gave me the option to change the account my XXXX is linked to. The transaction was not initiated by me and i requested it be cancelled rather than taken from me. The first person under their XXXX department, i spoke to stated i could receive my money back as long as it was pending. Once i spoke to a different representative for Navy Federal checking accounts, they stated although SHOWING PENDING that its not pending for them to be able to cancel it. Its Sunday and no bank transactions can be completed therefore this should be able to be reversed! They have stolen money I do not have to pay their fake fees. Furthermore when speaking to a supposed supervisor she threaten to hang up on me simply because I told her information was not helping me get my money back. CHECK THE RECORDINGS. LASTLY, Stating i am in debt to them is treason to the United States.

Consumer Complaint: My personal and business accounts were blocked by Navy Federal for XXXX months. When I reached out to Navy Federal via phone, they expressed that my account was flagged " due to XXXX fraud ''. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Navy Federal, filled out an appeal and was given a 3 week response time ( it has been 2 months with no response ) and even resorted to connecting Myself, Navy Federal, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX on a recorded call to clarify and confirm that the alleged fraud accusations did not occur. Despite the appeal, several calls escalated to management and the hour long phone call with Navy Federal Management, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on the recorded phone call to further stress that no fraud ever took place and that the {$1000.00} attempted transfers from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account to my Navy Federal account was not fraudulent, the Navy Federal Reps continued to defame my character and falsely accuse me, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Bank of fraud. Navy Federal would not allow me access to my funds during this time. Furthermore, I did in fact open a dispute against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX through Navy Federal prior to that event that was ignored and never resolved despite XXXX XXXX XXXX promise to me that they would return funds to the Navy Federal once they had initiated the claim against the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX transfers. Lastly, Navy Federal rejected multiple direct deposits from hitting my account yet they are sending me demand letters to get my accounts in a positive standing.

I was at a total lost on why my fraud dispute was denied, while making the fraud claim even the agent said it was something fishy going on with my account because multiple transactions were denied with the ones that went through. Also, I never send money through XXXX with my navy federal card. There are only XXXX other XXXX XXXX transactions throughout my whole navy federal account and there are only deposits. I only use XXXX to send money, NEVER XXXX. The agent even noticed I never use XXXX XXXX to send money. Lastly, I'm just at a lost on words, because with all those clear signs of fraud, my claim was still denied and now I'm out of rent money needed.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23 I requested Navy Federal reverse the {$250.00} charge after finding out that the plastic water heater valve needed to be replaced with the new metal XXXX per manufacturer that XXXX XXXX installed. XXXX XXXX never informed my mother of this which they should be liable for due to the significant damage this caused. I sent Navy FCU requested documentation and video damage via app and online. Navy FCU kept sending several emails to send it in which told them I had and it could be seen on website which now they have removed. They don't leave claims in the system. They send out these generic emails advising claims are denied with no explanation as to why. Everything attached here is what was sent Navy FCU.
