Consumer Complaint: My mortgage company is giving me the run around I have been trying to get a modification for several months. They have ask me to supply documents over and over again I have faxed all my financial information such as income tax returns, bank statements, and paystubs. But now they still asking me more proof of income which I have sent them several times. When I call to speak my loan specialist I never can I always speak to the next representative who is n't handling my case. I was just sent a letter saying that I need a contributor package and two months bank statements or proof of income. Im very exhausted because I been sending in everything they ask for. I feel that they do n't want to give me a loan modification they want me to just give up. That 's why I need your help and guidance. Please help Thank You. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received an ARM Letter from Nationstar Mortgage stating the following " Under the terms of your Adjustable Rate Mortgage ( ARM ), you had a XXXX month period during which your interest rate stayed the same. That period ends on XX/XX/XXXX, so on that date your interest rate may change. After that, your interest rate and monthly payment may change every XXXX month ( s ) for the life of your loan. '' This letter also states the current interest rate is 3.625 % and the current monthly payment is {$960.00}. According to the Truth In Lending Statement I have the next interest rate adjustment is n't until XX/XX/XXXX. Further more my most recent monthly statements state that my interest rate is 6.375 % and my monthly payment is {$1100.00}. Even though the past due notice that I received on XX/XX/XXXX states my payment is {$980.00}. To add to the confusion the difference between the amount owed on my XXXX statement and my XXXX statement is {$1000.00} even though the payment is state as {$1100.00} on both statements.

Consumer Complaint: This is the second complaint, after the 1st complaint to cfpb CASE # XXXX, My mortgage company Nationstar, lost XX/XX/2015 payment that I sent. So being 2 months behind I tried to make a payment, they rejected saying that I was 4 months late. Yeah, I was 4 months late because they lost XX/XX/2015 's payment. Of course they put the burden on me to find out where it went, they gave me a " fax '' line to a " research department '' to send proof. I sent them a XX/XX/XXXX statement on the XX/XX/2015,. I learned on XX/XX/XXXX they sent out a letter stating that to of no fault of there 's they could n't find anything & closed the case. The letter sent stated that if I had any added proof to send it. I then drove to the bank had them send over a statement and the electronic copy of a check on XX/XX/XXXX. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and they told me they ca n't tell if the research dep. received it or not because they ca n't talk to them, no one can talk to that department I was told. Today is XX/XX/XXXX, & I sent all the info again via fax,, its funny how they want me to send it to a fax #,, I 'm so tired of being helpless,,, I 'm mean really, There trying to force me into foreclosure because of the modification & the complaint to cfpb, when I called to ask why wo n't they accept a payment, they said I have to make a payment resolution or nothing at all,,, meaning I have to pay all 4 payments or they put me into foreclosure. How is this fear? I ca n't come up with four payments,, this is totally not fear, and people are losing their homes when they can afford them. I 'm losing my house because they wo n't let me pay them,,, and why is this modification taking so long? These people are making up rules & breaking the law in many cases and no one is looking into this stuff,,

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar mortgage has had my loan in modification from over 5 months everytime i call i 'm put on hold for long periods of time then switched to another person whom request the same information that i just gave the first person then i 'm switched to another person whom places me on hold for more than 20 min and then transfered to another person whom puts me on hold and never comes back to the phone or they hang up this is not what i expected from a mortgage company and i no longer want to do busniess with them I need someone to tell me what my options are to get out of this mortgage. PLEASE!!!!!

Consumer Complaint: From my understanding that Nationstar will not give extension until they get the approval from XXXX. The first had approval for Nationstar was until XXXX XXXX, so with all this back and forth this did not happen due to we did not have approvals from XXXX nor Greentree. This is disappointing. It starting to feel like a tug of war, if we do not have this extension we can not move until this lien holder give approval. I never seen anything like this in my life and see how homeowners lose their homes. This short sale process is messy. At this point if we can not get these approvals and extension, we are going to have file bankruptcy. It is sad we had to XXXX out of home and XXXX XXXX member is XXXX and I have to tell him this disappointing news.

Consumer Complaint: My client is XXXX XXXX and I have been working with her toward a loss mitigation resolution since XXXX 2014. We had an equator file open for her so the property was supposed to be in the marketing status - waiting for an offer. In XXXX an offer was received, the equator file had been closed out - without any notice to me or to the borrower. I reopened the equator file XXXX and had to email to ask when nationstar would send me some tasks. Over the next few weeks I submitted documents as requested. The BPO was supposedly ordered XXXX XXXX, but we were contacted for entrance to the property until XXXX XXXX. Again, all docs were in and all tasks were completed by XXXX XXXX per the first processor XXXX XXXX. The borrowers were served with the order to docket and preliminary loss mitigation affidavit in XXXX. I wrote to both Nationstar and the law firm representing them that the order to docket should not have been served as we were in the middle of applying for loss mitigation and not all options had been reviewed. I requested that the lender and the law firm make note that the final loss mitigation affidavit should not be served as we had a complete short sale application pending. We still have a complete loss mitigation application pending.

Consumer Complaint: We got behind on our mortgage.I stayed in contact with the company but each time I called it seemed I had a different " account specialist ''. They would usually tell me I could modify and they would send the info.Sometimes I would receive it, sometimes I would n't. A couple times I did get the packet and sent all the documents in. But after not hearing back I would call and it would be someone new who had no record of the prior conversation or the docs.Finally after many months I did get someone who was able to get a modification going.But when we got the info in the mail the trial payments were a lot higher than what our previous payments had been.We made the first two but could not make the third.I called back and was told " no problem I could try again ''. This was XX/XX/2014 they did send the packet and once again we gathered the needed docs and sent them in. After this we contacted Keep Your Home California.They interviewed us over the phone and said we pre-qualified for a mortgage reinstatement where they pay your mortgage current and you go back to making your normal payments.Our mortgage company is on the list of companies that KYHC has agreements with.We worked with KYHC, sending in all the docs that they needed for different steps of the process.Then one day we got a notice to quit taped to the front door.It stated our home had been sold XX/XX/2014 the purchaser was XXXX XXXX.I called my contact at KYHC she said we were approved that morning for the reinstatement. But when she contacted our mortgage company to complete the process they told her it was no longer in our names.She told me I should call the law firm listed on the notice to quit, because if I could get it resended back into our name they were ready to pay mortgage back to current.I called the law firm and was told I needed to call the mortgage company.The mortgage company said I needed to talk to XXXX and they connected me to them.XXXX XXXX said they did n't understand why the mortgage company could not have just taken care of this, but she said she would escalate this and had me leave a message on the level XXXX voice mail.I got a call the next day from a level XXXX person. She said she would investigate the matter and get back with me. She called the next day, said there was no evidence of wrong doing.And the mortgage company was not willing to put it back in our name to complete the reinstatement and collect the payment.My level XXXX contact said there was a program available that allows foreclosed homeowners to repurchase there homes.I told her I was interested and she said someone would contact me within a week.No one did, but we did get served an unlawful detainer, so I called her back.She did not understand why I had not been contacted, but would send the info again and wanted me to call in a couple days if I had n't heard anything.So I called several times, each time she would re enter and did n't know why I had n't heard back.I did n't understand why their lawyers are aggressively trying to remove us from our home while she is telling us to wait for this info.The last time we spoke she said the info was gone from the system.She re entered it and said she would call me the next day to make sure I was contacted.That was more than a month ago.She no longer takes or returns my calls.I did call back and try to start over with a levelXXXX person.Because I wanted to let them know I believe there is an issue of dual tracking since I have the modification packet they emailed XX/XX/XXXX and they sold the home XX/XX/XXXX.They just sent me back to the level XXXX voicemail.I did get a call that afternoon from their lawyer saying they received info that I was interested in repurchasing the home.They said XXXX would contact me with the amount.Which would have to be paid in cash.They have not called and this is not the buy back program they spoke to me about.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX I have been diligently negotiating a Note Modification with Nationstar Mortgage. Since the inception of this negotiation Nationstar has been adding erroneous amounts to the impound account. Briefly {$550.00} per month will cover all the impounded expenses. Nationstar has been accessing {$870.00} to impound expenses ( see attached letter with back up to Nationstar ) Since XXXX/XXXX/2013 Nationstar has been applying these extra amounts to principle. I pay the insurance. There are no XXXX fees. The only item impounded is the Property Tax.

Consumer Complaint: Stopping Foreclosure XXXX XXXX, Florida XXXX NationStar Mortgage LLC XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX Attention: XXXX XXXX XXXX, Florida XXXX XX/XX/XXXX RE: stopping foreclosure on XXXX, Florida XXXX. Case Number XXXX XXXX, I am writing in the hopes that this letter will help to stop the foreclosure proceedings on my home at XXXX, Florida XXXX. I have owned this home since XX/XX/XXXX, due to XXXX procedures in XX/XX/XXXX I have fallen behind on payments due to a financial hardship. This hardship has been caused by medical expense, daily medication and the loss of the ability to be employed. Based on this hardship I am unable to keep up with the mortgage payments of $XXXX per month. Until XX/XX/XXXX I was and I have been gainfully employed. I have always attempted to be trustworthy and a good credit risk. While going through the recovery of these three hospital events I have attempted to find, create or be employed somehow. With health concerns and being XXXX-years old this has been a very difficult hill to climb. I would like to avoid foreclosure. I am committed to staying in my home. I have contacted the Mortgage lender; NationStar over XXXX-times during the past two-years asking for a reasonable solution. There has not been one response from NationStar Mortgage. As things progressed a foreclosure suit was filed in the XXXX Court system with the stipulation of going through a court ordered mediation process. The mediation was held on XX/XX/XXXX. The mediation was attended by counsel for NationStar: XXXX from XXXX Florida. At this mediation meeting there was no attempt to solve or come to any conclusion offering a solution or assistance from NationStar Mortgage and their represented attorney. The outcome was that XXXX would have and or offer a solution within 30-days from the mediation meeting. It has now been 181-days since their commitment to find a solution. There has been XXXX contact to me from their office. They have been contacted with multiple e-mails on XX/XX/XXXX with no response. There was several phone messages left on XX/XX/XXXX with no responses. XX/XX/XXXX sent several e-mail messages, no response. XX/XX/XXXX, left messaging with no response. XX/XX/XXXX left several messages with no response. XX/XX/XXXX left several messages with no response. It is quite obvious XXXX will not make any effort to create any solution based on the fact of their disregard of a court order for a solution by mediation. In the interim I have contacted several help sources for a solution and there has been XXXX response to date. My home is not on the market and during this attempt to hang on I have offered NationStar a solution of a DEED IN LUE. Their answer by mail was I didn't qualify. I have tried to restructure the mortgage by sending XXXX-pages of required paperwork to NationStar over XXXX-times based on the answer they have misplaced or lost the faxed paperwork. I would like to work with the lender to achieve a solution; however I doubt there is XXXX that NationStar will consider. I also believe XXXX has only XXXX motive and that is not to come up with a working solution. I hope the court can offer any consideration to avoid the complications and price of foreclosure.
