Consumer Complaint: I was a victim of identity theft and when I saw a collection from National Credit Systems it freaked me out. I went to the FTC & Identitytheft.gov website and filed a case. They instructed me to fill out and notarize a ID Theft Affidavit. I sent this to National Credit Systems on XXXX/XXXX/16. It 's been over 30 days and no response. What do I do? This is affecting my health and is XXXX. XXXX. Not trying to give a sad story it 's just, .. how do I fix this when I follow what the sites said. Please help thank you. XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I was a victim of identity theft and noticed a collection from XXXX I 've attempted to dispute multiple times however no response on their end. Not sure what else to do. Police department told me to contact the federal trade commision which I wrote a formal complaint against XXXX in regards to this matter. The FTC also instructed me to complete a id theft affidavit through identity theft.gov. Attached is my document. Thank you

I called and spoke with a representative whom told me I would be able to receive it the following day. Consumer Complaint: I currently have XXXX companies trying to collect on XXXX single debt. I have contacted both companies and they both say they currently own the debt. The debt is from an old apartment lease. XXXX company is XXXX and say I owe {$1000.00}. The other company is NATLCRSYS and say I owe {$910.00}. They both claim it is for XXXX. I have contacted XXXX and they have taken over new management and can not even locate the original debt or who they originally sold it to. I want to pay off this debt but I need to know who actually owns it. I have reached out to all parties, and they are not interested In helping they just try to get me to pay. But again I do not want to pay the wrong company what I owe. I have disputed both claims with XXXX, because obviously XXXX claim is incorrect but even XXXX said both were legitimate claims.. which is impossible. Can you please help me?

Consumer Complaint: Around XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX a CS Rep from NCS contacted me, I believe by the name of XXXX, regarding collecting a debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, is the company that I had previously reported to FTC for Identity Theft. I let the rep know that I did not owe a debt to this company because they were claiming to be a Property Management Co. and according to GA law, once a judge has issued a writ of possession in court there are no more recoverable damages that XXXX XXXX could obtain unless they sue me in small claims court or the Magistrate Court, if the claim is less than {$15000.00}. After case # XXXX, was dismissed and closed. XXXX XXXX opened up another case, once they discovered I had moved out of the property and I was never served for, Case # XXXX because I moved to another state. Therefore, I never went to court regarding this case. Also, XXXX XXXX took the liberty of reopening case # XXXX a year later in XX/XX/XXXX to withdraw the paid judgment that they had added to Public Records on my XXXX credit report, which was the reason why I reported them for identity theft. Thanks to CFPB, that judgment was recently removed from my XXXX Credit report. Now they are going after my XXXX Credit report and a year later of stating that I owe {$14.00}, XXXX. I left that property in XX/XX/XXXX owing nothing due to me filing Bankruptcy lawsuits against this company. I also informed the NCS rep, of never receiving my deposit from XXXX XXXX. I did not receive a valid reason for the company to keep my deposit because the company never performed a walk through. The move-in inspection requirement applies to landlords who owns more than XXXX rental units, including units owned by their spouse and/or children, or who employ a management agent regardless of the number of units owned. XXXX XXXX took XXXX properties via warranty deeds.Therefore, XXXX XXXX can not collect for damages without this move in/check out list that was never provided. That is why XXXX court exist. Well, the NCS rep simply did not care about my concerns and she simply hung up on me. Before, she hung up on me, I even requested that she mail me documentation to verify the validity of this debt and I never received it. I even stated to her that all of my mail is transferred to me, for security reasons, yet I never received anything from NCS.I pulled my credit report with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and noticed NCS had put that horrendous collection on my credit report. Not only did XXXX XXXX list that unlawful and illegal debt., they also committed fraud again by having their business address show on my credit report as a verified address. ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, TN ) This could only apply if I applied for credit with their address. They even enlisted the services of XXXX Credit Bureau to ensure that my renter history is also tainted, to prevent me from obtaining a liveable rental residence for my family. I was shopping for an auto loan in XX/XX/XXXX, due to my XXXX XXXX not starting. I was denied an auto loan due to their negligence. because ironically XXXX XXXX and NCS had just inputted this XXXX debt on my XXXX credit report in XX/XX/XXXX. I am at the mercy of the C.F.P.B. to please stop NCS and XXXX XXXX from continuing to report this debt on my credit report. I left that property in XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and eviction was settled XXXX. I am requesting that XXXX also remove their debt and honor my identity theft report that was sent to them and the security freeze to contact me regarding any new inquiries of creditors trying to obtain credit without my expressed authorization. They are suppose to have my updated telephone number on their report and it is not on there. I also want XXXX to remove that fraud XXXX report and to remove Bankruptcy Filings Docket # XXXX # XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: The debt is from a lease. I was constructively evicted from the apartment due to XXXX. I had to go to the hospital with smoke XXXX. I left the apartment at the end of XX/XX/XXXX and had paid through the end of XX/XX/XXXX. The debt is for partial rent in XX/XX/XXXX I disputed this debt with the landlord XXXX explaining that I had been constructively evicted. XXXX never sought a judgment against me. They ceased trying to collect the debt in XX/XX/XXXX National Credit Systems XXXX Inc. contacted me on XX/XX/XXXX, by phone claiming that I owed this debt and threatening to report it to the credit agencies if I did not pay. I told them that I do not owe this debt because I was constructively evicted from my apartment. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from National Credit Systems XXXX Inc. dated XX/XX/XXXX claiming that I owe this debt and stating that unless I notify their office within 30 days, they will assume that the debt is valid. On XX/XX/XXXX, I wrote them a letter stating that I did not owe this debt because I had been constructively evicted from my apartment due to XXXX. According to XXXX tracking they received this letter on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX a.m. XXXX, National Credit Systems XXXX Inc. called me from XXXX. They again claimed that I owed the debt and threatened to contact the credit agencies if I did not pay. I told them that I had sent them a letter explaining that I do not owe this debt. He claimed that I had not sent them a letter. I told them that I had proof that they had received the letter and then he admitted that he had the letter. He told me that they would verify the debt and then report me to the credit agencies. He recorded the call, but only part of the call.

Consumer Complaint: I have a collection from National Credit Systems reporting on my XXXX and XXXX credit report. I have disputed this account on several occasions on the grounds that I have no knowledge of the debt and request a full debt validation on this account. I have requested over XXXX debt validations on this account in the last 8 months with no debt validation being received. This is XXXX separate violations through the FDCPA. The first violation being that they are continuing to report negative information on my credit report that is inaccurate and XXXX they are well over their 30 days allowed to send requested proof to myself as a consumer.

Consumer Complaint: I have ask this company to sent me a detailed bill. Never received the bill, so I called again and they had sent it to the wrong address. Rep was rude over the phone. I called back to speak with her supervisor and she was on break. on a later date I called back again and gave them a correct address, its been a month and I still did n't receive the detailed bill. Got a call from my rep and she was rude and improper about the situation again. I had to hang up on her.
