Consumer Complaint: My mortgage company paid taxes on the wrong property. I explained this to them and they said that my payment would be going up from XXXX to XXXX to cover this cost. I again explained to them that they paid on the wrong property. Tax money was sent back to them months ago by the county tax office who contacted me about the error. I just completed a payment arrangement with them but they are saying I'm still behind because they are basing the payment amounts off of the new payment with the wrong tax info. I've tried to call back many times but get stuck in the doom loop of automated responses and can not get a live person on the phone.

Consumer Complaint: The servicer was changed from XXXX XXXX XXXX to Mr. Cooper in XX/XX/2023. I am unable to login to Mr. Cooper to see any of my mortgage statements. They are claiming I have a shortage in my escrow account which increased my mortgage payment by {$120.00} a month. I called my Sr. Loan Officer whom I closed with on XX/XX/2023, she verified all escrow payments were made and the correct amount was held for taxes and insurance. There should be no shortage and Mr. Cooper is not giving me the information I need after 2.5 hours on the phone, on 2 different days, and waiting for a manager to see why in XX/XX/2023 when they did the analysis of the escrow account it was short. My taxes nor insurance has gone up.

Consumer Complaint: I previously requested mortgage assistance under Covid 19 due to the pandemic shut down and my inability to file the documents on time form long hours of work. I submitted a loss mitigation package to Mr Cooper and I was informed that it was currently under review but that additional documentation was needed to complete the review in the underwriting department. I was not able to submit the documents in a timely fashion and NationStar Mortgage D/B/A Mr. Cooper closed my request for mortgage assistance and contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to file motions to appoint a selling officer to sell my property in which it occurred on XXXX XXXX. When I returned from work, I started doing an investigation into the mishandling of the loan modification under the Cares Act and denying my request because I was working long hours and could not submit the documents on time. I then started research on the law firm XXXX XXXX XXXX which I noticed that they received an approval for PPP loans in the amount of {>= $1,000,000} and more loans for {$540000.00}. & {$250000.00} On XX/XX/XXXX they received this financing and reported that this law firm that is run by XXXX XXXX and his son, which is two employees indicated on the application that this law firm employs XXXX people ; which is impossible. On the second application dated XX/XX/XXXX they received additional funding of {$540000.00} now this law firm is reporting XXXX jobs please see Exhibit A and B. This is clear FRAUD committed against tax payers and congress by this law firm that has a reputation of fabricating assignments of mortgages and fraudulent paperwork to obtain judgments in from of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage has been assigned to Rushmore Servicing from Rushmore Loan Management Services effective XX/XX/2023. I received a letter with a new loan number, and have been trying to pay my XXXX payment since XXXX XXXX. The online and automated telephone systems at Rushmore Servicing do not recognize the loan number. I have attempted to use every single option on the automated system ( name, telephone number, social security number, loan number ), and none are recognized. I called the Rushmore Loan Mgt Svc number, their system recognized my old account but threw my call back over to the new company. There is no way to get to a representative to resolve this and I still have not been able to make the payment. Please advise, I have never been late on this mortgage in 24 years!

Consumer Complaint: Sine we purchased this home it seems like they have done everything possible to take it from us ... .From not applying payments properly, forcing us to add in taxes and homeowners and they never pay it on time. They state if you have issues you can do this and that but when you try you never get a response then you call and find out you were denied and they didn't tell you because they started the forclosure. We were put on a forbearance for a year during covid and how it was explained to us is that it would just be suspened instead they added about XXXX to our loan. if we knew they were going to charge us an extra year we wouldn't have done it. We owed XXXX now they say XXXX. This is not right and very dirty company they have changed their name at least 4 times since we have lived here. And like everywhere they say you have an account manager but good luck speaking to them when you ask for the name on the letter they say this person don't exist. Every time I call you get a different person and not one of them has any idea what you are talking about, even though when I end my call I ask for a confirmation ( that I never get ) and to please note the account. DOES NOT HAPPEN! Every time I call all they want is a payment it does not matter the situation and if they didnt do what they said they were going to do they just want you money. Also we have tried to make partial payments bi-weekly and they leave it in unapplied funds never apply it and you have to jump thru hoops to get it back. If you ask for a supervisor you get disconnected or just left on hold unti lyou hang up and if your past due they don't let you access your account on line and won't let your call go threw till they get a payment. And it is a problem when they don't understand english.

A consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written consent 15 USC 1666B. a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as a late for any purpose I am requesting all late payments to be removed from my credit reports but especially late payment that is on my credit report regarding a late mortgage payment.

Consumer Complaint: Company stopped drafting auto payments for XXXX and XX/XX/2023 unbeknownst to be. The first I learned of it was when I received a certified letter stating my loan was in default and foreclosure was imminent. I had made several additional online principal payments prior to the autopayment being disrupted but I did not cancel the autopayment feature. Perhaps that trigger something in their system thinking I was paying off the loan. The company responded to my complaint by saying they were not at fault. I asked them to offer proof that I was the one who cancelled the autopayment. They have not responded. I was charged {$200.00} in late fees and penalties and reported to the credit bureaus as a late payer knocking my credit score down by XXXX points.
