XXXX given Title commitment I just did not proceed with this loan and is an resolution to the Mortgage and Insurance fraud by XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. That on XX/XX/XXXX I received from XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX as the corrective order Title Ownership to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX order no. XXXX and again, again and again over XXXX never paid XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, mi XXXX and is A Big Fraud. Which means XXXX XXXX faked a title commitment no. Consumer Complaint: Good day, My name is XXXX XXXX and I live at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Ohio in XXXX XXXX. My Mr. Cooper / NationStar loan number is XXXX. I was awarded {$10000.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX Ohio to bring my mortgage currrent and pay my mortgage for 6 months, from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. Unfortunately, Mr. Cooper / Nationstar did not accept the funds before I completed my trial modification, resulting in an increase to the principal of my loan, and an extension to my payments. I have contacted Mr. Cooper / Nationstar, several times, and no one can explain what is going on. Save the XXXX Ohio keeps saying that Mr. Cooper / Nationstar will not accept the funds. This is a FHA mortgage loan, so they should have accepted the federal funds. It seems like Mr. Cooper / Nationstar is trying to force my home into foreclosure. I am also a claimant in one of the class action lawsuits against Nationstar that they keep appealing, and delaying compensation for the wronged customers.

Consumer Complaint: I have been having difficulties with Mr. Cooper since XXXX and finally had resolution in XXXX but I'm having difficulties again. I make partial payments for my mortgage, first payment last week of previous month and the XXXX payment the first week of the month due and they continue to misapply my payments and now charging me finance fees because they will not move my payment out of other and into principle/escrow accounts. I have spoken to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and they haven't moved my payment to the correct accounts. I have health issues and I shouldn't have to deal with incompetent customer service reps and fear that my principle and escrow are incorrect due to their incompetence. Mr. Cooper will say since I make partial payments it isn't up to them to apply it correctly, their computer does it but after several phone calls you would think it would be fixed

Consumer Complaint: Last year, we entered a forebearance with our mortgage company. However, in XXXX, my loan was transferred to Mr. Cooper ( Nationstar ). My forbearance ended in XXXX and at that time Mr. Cooper only gave me an option to to a loan modification. We paid as required in XXXX, XXXX ands XXXX. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed my credit score dropped nearly 200 points due to my mortgage company reporting negatively on my account. I have been trying via phone, email and messaging on their website for a resolution and it still has not been corrected. It has been nearly 3 months and my credit score is still extremely low. No one calls me back or gives me an answer every time I contact them.

Consumer Complaint: I have been in a mortgage forbearance since it was offered in XXXX due to the pandemic. With available extensions the forbearance will conclude at the end of XXXX. I have been in communication with the servicer of the loan Nationstar Mortgage LLC, d/b/a Mr. Cooper as to how to proceed now that the forbearance will be ending. Initially the discussion was for a loan modification, however that appears to be a high bar to get over, therefore I requested the modification request be canceled in favor of a workout plan which would incorporate a deferral of a portion of the arrears to the back-end of the note. Since Mr. Cooper does not have the authority to act on its own, the lender, XXXX XXXX would need to approve of the workout plan and deferral. XXXX XXXX has the reputation of not working positively with borrowers, thus when Mr. Cooper listed the resource of the CFPB on the monthly statement, I called and the CFPB representative advised on filing a complaint as a precaution and preemptive action. I am prepared to remit the higher monthly amount Mr. Cooper calculated at, {$1300.00} ( PITI ), verses the amount pre-pandemic of, {$1200.00}. The current principal balance is {$89000.00} at an interest rate of 4.875 %. There is a negative escrow balance of {$8200.00} as of my XX/XX/XXXX statement which is a result of RE taxes and insurance. I want to be assured that the workout will be approved, whereas the escrow arrears will either be on the back-end or as Mr. Cooper indicated can be retired over a 6 month period. The total amount to bring the loan current is {$23000.00} which includes the negative escrow. I don't believe that when the federal government had intervened to protect homeowners to have payments paused without interest or penalty but allow for a land grab by lenders at a later date if the full arrears at the conclusion of the forbearance where demanded is not made in one all inclusive payment or they would foreclose. The loan has 34 years and 6 months to go. Just said it was with underwriters. XX/XX/XXXX they sold loan to XXXX, I called on XXXX to XXXX and they have none of the paperwork. So obviously I have to probably start all over again. I had forebearance and now Im so far behind. Though Ive been trying to get modification since XXXX. First they said I couldnt but because of Covid they said in XXXX to put in for modification. Consumer Complaint: Our mortgage is serviced by Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc ( XXXX " Mr Cooper '' ). I have made four recent payments to Mr Cooper, through their web site. Each of these payments were specifically made as " Additional Principle ''. Each of the four payments were made in alignment with Mr Cooper 's timing request ( i.e. at least 24 hours after an automatic monthly payment ). Our loan have never been late, and in fact we are trying to pay it off early with these additional principle payments. Complaint : each of the four payments were misapplied by Mr Cooper. In each instance, the company chose to prepay our next regular monthly mortgage payment ( with its mix of interest and principle ) and then applied the remainder to 'additional principle '. In each case I needed to call Mr Cooper to request that they fix the error. In the most recent case, I needed to call twice because the promised fix to the application of the funds was not done after the first call. Each Mr Cooper customer service rep on the phone apologized for the misapplication of the payment, and said it would not happen again. I kept a screen print from the Mc Cooper website of the most recent of the four " additional principle '' payment, with the expectation that it would be misapplied. It was misapplied and I attach that screen print below. I believe that Mr Cooper systematically misapplies " additional principle '' payments across its portfolio of serviced loans. If this is true, Mr Cooper is defrauding the mortgage holders who make these payments, by charging interest on the portion of the " additional principle '' payment, which is credited to " interest '' as opposed to " principle ''. The four " additional principle '' payments payments made to my mortgage, each of which was misapplied, were : {$5000.00} on XX/XX/2021 {$3300.00} on XX/XX/2021 {$15000.00} on XX/XX/2021 {$2000.00} on XX/XX/2021 2021

Consumer Complaint: I postal mailed info for complaint # XXXX. I spoke to 2 of your agents and both emailed me the same thing showing there are no case number. Your 2nd agent said she could see info about the complaint. Maybe I did not postal mail a passable complaint. I will try to start this as a new case. XXXX XXXX ( Mr. Cooper ) constantly emailed me about lower rate savings. I did apply and paid {$520.00} appraisal fee. After reviewing the closing costs I decided to cancel the refinance. However I tried to remove the PMI mortgage insurance since their appraisal was XXXX and my current remaining mortgage is XXXX well under the 80 % PMI requirement.

Consumer Complaint: Since they bumbled my initial modification ( lost my paper or held my papework ) XX/XX/XXXX Mr Cooper has yet again used practices to confuse me and be malicious. They have purposely bogged this process down and have been waiting on documents that have been already submitted i asked for all documents associated with modification to be sent to me so i can forward the information to people that can help mr cooper sent me a letter stating they will send it no later than XX/XX/XXXX. Meanwhile i applied for the hemap loan and they told me on XX/XX/XXXX they sent notice to mr cooper. Mr cooper responded like they said .... ANOTHER KNOCK ON MY DOOR BY A MAN IN A RED XXXX who was upset that i wasn't home and wanted to know where i was and asked a bunch of question to my neighbors daughter who just so happened to be there cause he was looking in the window. What happened to just leaving it under the door like you guys have done twice before now we have interrogators. I would have been in a modification XX/XX/XXXX or janurary XXXX but they held my documents then ask me to submitt the same documents again through the same method that caused uncesserry hardship no so i filed and kept filing and they kept appling interest etc and now im waitign on this descion from the commonwealth and they are so eager to follow thier interpretation of the law they forget that im tryign to get assistance or that they havent given me any documents showing the paper trail

Consumer Complaint: I have a loan through Mr. COOPER and I refinanced from a 30 year to a 15 year in XXXX of XXXX. I also own another rental property which I sold on XX/XX/XXXX and during closing I learned that they, Mr. COOPER, listed XXXX other properties on the refinance in XXXX which includes the property I was selling on XX/XX/XXXX. They listed a total of XXXX parcels and listed them all as the XXXX XXXX XXXX property. One of these parcels I haven't owned since XXXX and the other is another rental property I own. I was told I have to pay off my mortgage with Mr. COOPER with the sale proceeds of my other rental. This is an error on the mortgage and I have been asking for the past 2 weeks for it to be corrected. They pointed me to XXXX XXXX XXXX who was the closing company Mr. COOPER used for the refinance and said it's their error. They are saying they have to work with Mr. Cooper to get it fixed. My profit from the sale of my other rental is being held up. Mr Cooper is awful customer service and no one seems to know anything. They sent me to a resolution XXXX, XXXX XXXX who can do nothing and stopped responding. XXXX XXXX XXXX also stopped responding. I think they are both fraudulent companies trying to scam me out of money.
