Consumer Complaint: in the year of XXXX Mr cooper reached out to me and asked if I was impacted by pandemic I said yes, they advised me that I can go into a forbearance and the payments would go to back of the loan and payments would resume, in XX/XX/XXXX my forbearance expired, to my surprise my loans weren't placed to the back of loan but were all due upfront, they advised me to apply for a loan modification. I applied for a loan modification in XX/XX/XXXX, I was denied for a loan modification 2 weeks later which would have been the end of XX/XX/XXXX, the reason provided was income NPV. I appealed my denial per the instructions and advised the lender my finance situation improved. I sent over updated financial information on XX/XX/XXXX. I was denied on XX/XX/XXXX, which is less than 1 week of submission, citing Income NPV, I looked at the income which was not at all the income I sent over to the lender, hence the lender didn't use my correct income. and my application was not reviewed as it should per their letter and website it takes 30 days to review a loan modification. I didn't received a dedicated loan specialist per their agreement, I wasn't provided with the NPV calculation per the California home protection act, they have blocked the ability for me to receive government help to pay past due amounts, they haven't returned any of my calls or replied to my faxes. I appealed their 2nd denial on XX/XX/XXXX, and again on XX/XX/XXXX. I haven't received any calls of acknowledgement from this place, I am afraid they are plotting to steal my house due to my age I am XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage company is going to charge me for last years homeowners insurance. When going to renew homeowners insurance for this coming year, the mortgage company found that renewal was not an option. Renewal was not an option because I have not been insured for the last year. This lapse in insurance occurred due to escrow paying my homeowners insurance company 13 business days late. I have an email showing that escrow paid the homeowners insurance. On that email it says the date that next years payment will be made, which is the due date of the homeowners insurance. To me this reflects that they new when the insurance was due and that they were late. I have no notice to show I was canceled by my homeowners insurance. My escrow account shows the cost of the insurance deducted in XXXX and then in XXXX there is a deposit into the escrow account for the identical amount... the reimbursement. A year later, we are both realizing that I have been uninsured. Thankfully nothing happened. And now, my mortgage company is going to charge me for insurance to cover last year. How do I proceed in stopping this charge from occuring?

Consumer Complaint: Mr. Cooper my mortgage servicer is practicing pre-accrual and has been for many years. I called and asked them to correct this on XX/XX/2022 by performing an escrow analysis, and even cited the statute. 1024.17 ( c ) ( 6 ) Restrictions on pre-accrual. A servicer must not practice pre-accrual. I was advised by my mortgage company I still had an escrow shortage. I believe Mr. Cooper is also in violation of 1024.17 ( c ) ( 1 ) and they will have more than a XXXX cushion at year end in my escrow account. Annual escrow : {$6200.00}, XXXX amount {$1000.00} ; XX/XX/2022 current escrow balance {$1700.00}. My monthly escrow payment is {$560.00} x 10 months= $ XXXX $ XXXX $ XXXX $ XXXX cushion at year end {$1200.00}. Consumer Complaint: Mr Cooper is PURPOSLEY misleading. They haven't addressed anything since my original complaints in XXXX. They provide no new evidence to support that they are losing documents, how documents are stored when asked directly, retrieval specific itemized of documents when requested, when asking the clarification of their own 3-5 business days for modification it has never been answered the last fifteen or so complaints MR cooper and its employees have attacked my character when after years lies i send a one vulgar disrespectful email when i have sent hundred of emails begging for explanations, to speak with a representative that will help only to be ignored so when one complains to the governing agencies and nothing is done and the company that is the perpetrator doesn't admit wrong doing and continues harm the consumer with its shady tactics. im afforded protections through the FTC AND FCC for phone calls MR cooper sends the same letter almost verbatim they sent last year and its considered a response but the threshold of the consumer is so great that it has to be a class action matter in order for justice to be done. i provided the same exact documents almost exactly at the same time with the PENNSYLVANIA HOMEOWNER ASSITANCE FUND who will pay XXXX allegedly .. Not once have i gotten a call or anything so this government agency must be as absentee as mr cooper is... NOOOO its that my documents were and are valid and MR cooper PURPOSULEY didn't take anything i provided into consideration... I also filed a attorney general complaint because of the CFPB ineptness to help and OBUDSMAN inability to respond timely and help and all they did was say they are only respond cause i basically have been harrassing them and they keep showing that one email BUT CANT PROVIDE THE HUDNREDS WHEN I BEGGED FOR HELP this the most shadiest company from everyone in customer relations escalations chief compliance officer modification SPOC etc its all the same they cover up and live in the courtroom

Consumer Complaint: I closed on my house around XX/XX/2020. During the closing i was made to signed documents which states that my Mortgage was going to be {$1900.00} Monthly. And i have been making that payment for two years now. Just this month, my Mortgage has been increased from {$1900.00} to {$3500.00}. I called the mortgage company to find out why such a huge increase in my mortgage. and i was to that i have been under paying my escrow. They told me that my Mortgage was supposed to be {$2500.00} at the closing but not {$1900.00} i have been paying for the past two years. which i know is not my mistake for making under payment. I want to know what i can do because i can't afford the new payment of the {$3500.00}.

Sometime later Champion Mortgage inundated me with threats of eviction and " claimed '' that they had had to pay the same Tax. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, we discovered that our mortgage company, 'Nationstar ' through XXXX had failed to fully pay last years property taxes. As a result XXXX XXXX County in Colorado have put a lien on our home which has been purchased. We contacted Nationstar and alerted them to the problem on the same day, they acknowledged that there was even a note on the account to pay the second half of the taxes but that had not been done. I have been in weekly contact with Nationstar and yet I am no further forward in having this 'mistake ' resolved. Nationstar have said they will take care of it and pay the taxes, lien and associated interest and fines but six weeks later the matter is not resolved. I find it incredible that this could happen in the first instance, I'm astounded that XXXX XXXXXXXX County put a lien on my home without my knowledge of an existing problem. While Nationstar acknowledge the problem lies solely with them and they will take care of it, it is little comfort to me six weeks later. There has to be some accountability

On XXXX XXXX, we got the final paperwork and the maturity date changed to XX/XX/2035. Numerous emails with Mr Cooper rep indicated that the mortgage investor changed the terms of my mortgage from a 30 yr mortgage to a 13 yr mortgage!!! THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!!!
