Consumer Complaint: In response to the letter I received on XX/XX/2020, Case # XXXX, Consumer # XXXX. I requested a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of a disputed bankruptcy on my consumer report. I have not gotten a response from Lexis Nexis. I was told over the phone that they get the information directly from the courts. I have received a letter from the bankruptcy court confirming they do not give out personal information to 3rd parties. I asked that they verify that it is in fact my bankruptcy and they failed to do so. The bankruptcy remains on my consumer report as incomplete and inaccurate information. They failed to verify my full name, full social security number, amount of debt in the bankruptcy and my full address associated with this bankruptcy. Because of this inaccurate and incomplete information being reported the credit bureaus are reporting it because they get this information from Lexis Nexis. I am attaching a letter from Bankruptcy court supporting my issue.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2020 - Home insurance renewal, notification of rates doubling XX/XX/2020 - Requested Lexus Nexus report via Website, XX/XX/2020 - Received instructions to view Lexus Nexus report online, several instances of incorrect information including a lien judgement on a property I do not own. My suspicions are that this is adversely affecting my rates. XX/XX/2020 - Called Lexus Nexus at XXXX to start an inquiry into the incorrect information. They are unable to access my account and send a internal email message to a team that should contact me within 2 days. XX/XX/2020 - No call received. Called Lexus Nexus again, and was told that I needed to wait longer to receive the call from the specialist team. XX/XX/2020 - No call received. Called Lexus Nexus again, and was told again that my account is in a " protected status '' and can not be handled by the phone support team. They would send a third email to the specialist team to call me back. My Lexus Nexus report is full of a mixture of my Fathers ( Sr. ) and my ( Jr. ) history resulting in a large amount of inaccurate data. I need this resolved as I'm being forced to pay higher insurance rates based on a report they can't manage to fix.

The page reported that the PIN was invalid and said to call a phone number. I called the number and it wanted me to request anew report and start the process over.

Consumer Complaint: My Complaint is Against All the Companies Listed Lexis Nexis, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are reporting Bankruptcy information on my credit reports, which has caused me high interest payments on loans and credit cards. It has also caused me to be denied on various applications and credit cards. I have sent LexisNexis, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX copies of information from the Bankruptcy Court that states they do not report to any credit reporting agencies. In addition, I requested each agency to stop reporting my information to everyone unless I consent by requesting a credit freeze. They all are reporting the information without my consent since 2019 and have not complied with the credit freeze or my option to Opt Out. I also sent documents concerning the class action law suit filed on the reporting agency for reporting Bankruptcy and each of these agencies refuse to change the disputes. This reporting is caused me to be denied a mortgage, and employment. My auto insurance cost has increased by doubled with this reporting. The interest rate on my auto loan has doubled and caused me to be denied for even refinancing my auto loan at a lower rate.

Consumer Complaint: I just received a weird response from Lexis Nexis. They stated they are not held to the FCRA - which is laughable. There are 100 's of case laws I found where Lexis Nexis was sued and loss under the FCRA. Some of those cases are ; Smith v. Lexis Nexis ; Graham v. LexisNexis ; Berry v. Schulmar ; Spokeo Inc V. Robins ( class action suit LexisNexis loss which the judge clearly stated : " LexisNexis has no free pass from FCRA liability. '' They did not respond to my request in the required 30 days ; thus, the bankruptcy information must be deleted under the FCRA which they have to honor by law. To write a letter stating they are not under FCRA law means either whoever responded does not know the law or they are trying to skate around the violation. They failed in compliance under the FCRA ; thus, the bankruptcy must be deleted from LexisNexis. My next step is FTC, and AG compliments if not resolved.

I have uploaded letters from the court system stating that XXXX has not reached out to them and that they have not verified any information.
