Consumer Complaint: I am writing this request that I have been a victim of identity theft and I want to dispute specific records in my credit file that do not belong to me, or that I have signed any agreement. The accounts I'm challenging have nothing to do with any transactions I've done or authorized to gain products, services, or money. Kindly eliminate the accompanying records as they are false and were opened without my assent or information.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I called XXXX and asked what was the update on removing XXXX XXXX XXXX reference number XXXX for my consumer file. I was told by XXXX that I was being denied the information. Congress makes the following findings : ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. If the banking system is depended upon fair and accurate credit reporting, what's fair about XXXX from XXXX telling me that he can not provide the information of the third vendor that has verify this Bankruptcy that is reporting with only XXXX. I have informed XXXX numerous times that this Bankruptcy needs to be removed from my consumer file. I have provided numerous documentation and XXXX has failed me as a consumer in regards to reporting accurate information. I then called LexisNexis and spoke with XXXX. I informed her that I spoke with a XXXX rep today and he stated that LexisNexis verify this bankruptcy as accurate. XXXX pulled my filed and stated that its no bankruptcy reporting on their end and that they did a manual dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/2023 and the result were just mailed out to me on XX/XX/2023 and I should get them and XXXX to XXXX business days. She also stated that she didn't heard anything back from XXXX. Interesting thing is the XXXX rep stated that LexisNexis verify the Bankruptcy. I am being mislead by these XXXX Entities. LexisNexis and XXXX are working together to ruin my credit worthiness. I feel I am being bully and lied too and I don't like it. I have been informing them for a year now and nothing has been done. XXXX nor LexisNexis does not care about the rights and privacy of consumers. They are misusing their power that was given under regulation. It's not fair to continue to ruin a consumer file when proof has been provided. Please Help.
