I later found out that I was frauded on the loan and reached out to the company with a notice asking for the debt validation and verification on XX/XX/XXXX, which they received XX/XX/XXXX. I did not here anything within 30 days so I sent out a XXXX notice opportunity to cure on XX/XX/XXXX, which they received on XX/XX/XXXX. Again, I didn't receive any response which triggered some stress relating symptoms with my body. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I made a purchase at a store in XXXX called XXXX XXXX. I was charged XXXX ( {$420.00} ) initially and told it was an accident since the price I was given was for XXXX. The store clerk then acted as if he was correcting the mistake and gave me a receipt for the new amount. A few days had passed when I noticed that I was charged incorrectly so I submitted a dispute with my bank ( Chase ) on the charge. The bank temporarily credited my account while they did the research. I didn't get a response from my bank till about 2 months later saying that they couldn't accept the dispute. I then called the bank right away and was told that I would need to show proof which they did not mention until then. I then sent them the proof in a letter which they then took about another 2 months to look over. That was when I received another letter saying that they again couldn't accept the dispute. I called and they mentioned that they couldn't accept it since it was already outside the time frame. Because the bank took so long to research the first dispute it was already outside the time frame not allowing me to take any other actions. This was also not mentioned in any of the calls I made to them at each step of the process until the final call. I would also like to add that after doing my own research, I found out that this store has scammed many others before which I thought would help in my case, but unfortunately did not.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I made a check deposit through mobile deposit banking. I was made aware that government check deposit funds into your account the next business day. However my check was placed on hold and I have been on the phone with customer service girls dept for 2 days straight. Ive spent over 8 hours on the phone being hung up on, told nothing can be done, or told they can do some thing but at certain times, Ive begged for them to call the correct departments that can verify my check but they say they cant. Then Ive called my branch that couldnt do anything other than to ask that holds dept contact the issuing bank, XXXX XXXX, the last 5 people Ive talked to said it was taken care of and home would be released within the hour. Well your came and went and no release still. I called back yet again and was told the senior department head declined my check release of funds!!!! I have never ever ever gone through so much ridiculous junk in my life and have absolutely no way out of. I was unable to get my check back from chase so that I could go to XXXX XXXX myself to cash it. Ive begged and pleaded and have been lied to, transferred, hung up on etc for 2 days straight. I will close this XXXX account and I will tell everyone I know on every social media platform how absolutely horrendous Chase bank is! I have to wait 10 days to get MY MONEY! What a complete and utter disgrace. The stress alone and caused me to get XXXX XXXXXXXX. I will never have anything to do with any Chase products of any sort.

There's no any update on my case since XX/XX/XXXX, when the money was cashed out into checks, as the mail they sent to me showed. We can't tell whether they are actively working on it. Whole Story : On XX/XX/XXXX, I was informed that my checking/saving accounts were to be closed by Chase, and they promised to send me the check within 10 business days. But as of today, they still didn't do anything yet, including asking me questions on any suspicious transactions they think, sending me remaining funds, or just providing an XXXX, etc. Actions I Tried : 1. Ask customer service 2. Ask banker in physical branches 3. Ask Chase complaint department All the three actions result in the same answer, that is they can not provide any update on this issue, and there's no way I can talk to the person whoever owning my case. Potential Cause : There were a few amounts of money transfer into my accounts might looks suspicious. They were from a friend 's friend, to pay me USD from XXXX I paid him. I didn't know why he divided into small amounts from different accounts at that time, but it seemed suspicious.

Consumer Complaint: I was offered a free safety deposit box when I opened an account with Chase. After using the box for a time, I emptied it when I moved house because my new address was two hours drive away, and Chase could not offer me a box at a branch nearer my house. I later received letters warning me that Chase would start charging me {$70.00} per month to have the box. I called and wrote to Chase many times explaining that I no longer lived in the area, but they were insistent that I had to visit the branch to close the box. It was so far away, but when Chase stopped responding to me, I had no option but to drive the four hour round trip to meet with the branch. This could have been done easily by mail. I was then shocked and appalled to find that I had been charged {$70.00}. I complained to the branch, and received an infuriating call saying that the final decision was not to refund me the {$70.00}. This is unacceptable.

The said they needed to issue a refund, attempted to refund and added an extra 0, than advised to me to give remote access to my computer. They Transferred {$44000.00} from my business account to my personal account and then wire transferred {$50000.00} to a bank account in XXXX. Went to chase bank location on XX/XX/XXXX opened a claim with Chase. Advised them of all information I had and then Waited until XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX when Chase said that there was nothing they could do to retain my business money and the claim was denied and the case was closed. I do not feel like Chase advised me well. I had to call several different numbers and keep getting different information. Cyber Fraud was committed on both my business and personal accounts and I was not given good advice or service.
