Consumer Complaint: The account is a XXXX account I had at my previous apartment unit about 3 years ago. I moved to a new unit in the same complex without being aware that I owe a balance of {$100.00} on my XXXX Cable. I was never contacted about paying this debt. Partly because correspondence is sent to an old address or my name is spelled wrong ( As can be seen in the attached document ) I suddenly see this item on my credit report as I now check it often for inaccuracies. I immediately called the Collection Agency and paid the amount in full XXXX along with a {$5.00} processing fee paid to PAY IN SECONDS. I made it known to the agent that if they had contacted me prior I would have made the payment to which she had no response, She however advised me that it can be deleted if i went through the right channel, which brings me to this site. According to the credit reporting agency this damaging record will remain on my account till XX/XX/2021. Since I paid the full amount the same day it was reported, I request a DELETION of this derogatory item from my XXXX credit file.

Consumer Complaint: During a security clearance reinvestigation in XX/XX/XXXX, I became aware of a {$400.00} collection action on my XXXX credit report for a debt I do not owe. I had this debt removed from the XXXX report in XX/XX/XXXX and it has reappeared under a different collection agency. My XX/XX/XXXX complaint to XXXX County Office of Consumer Protection and the debt collector response are attached. I notified the new collection agency, IC System, that I do not owe the debt and requested proof of the debt. It responded with a nonsensical letter indicating that it intends to continue attempting to collect the debt. No proof of the debt was provided. My letter to IC System and its response are attached. I complained again to XXXX County Office of Consumer Protection and it sent a letter to the debt collector to which the debt collector has not responded. My XX/XX/XXXX complaint and the Office of Consumer Protection letter to the debt collector are attached.

Consumer Complaint: I got notice that a collections was placed on my XXXX credit report by IC Systems. Upon review, I found out that it 's the same account and amount that I had previously requested to be removed from my credit report. It appears that IC Systems has re-reported the same debt after they 've confirmed that it will be removed from my credit report. Attached are my XXXX credit report dated XXXX XXXX which shows entry of collections account from IC Systems, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX letter to IC Systems asking them to validate the debt, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX letter from IC Systems stating they will remove the account from my credit report, recent XXXX credit report dated XXXX XXXX showing that IC Systems has reported the same debt for collections. I have sent a dispute to TransUnion for this account. This debt arose from identity theft when my purse was stolen in XXXX XXXX ( in support of this, attached is the police report ).

Consumer Complaint: I lifted the freeze on my credit for a period of 48 hours, during which time IC Systems, who has been trolling my credit by making repeated soft inquiries, placed a collection that has already been resolved and was the result of Identity Theft. IC Systems has placed a collection on my credit file for XXXX. This account was fraudulently opened by an individual, XXXX XXXX XXXX SSN XXXX Previous attempts to collect this account were removed from my credit file you XXXX, XXXX and XXXX by disputes with them and through CPFB, XXXX, removed XX/XX/2016 XXXX, removed XX/XX/2016 XXXX, removed XX/XX/2016 IC Systems has been physing my credit file, making repeated soft iquiries through the reporting bureaus. This account is fraudulent and is the result of identity theft and use of my identity to obtain services. IC Systems had damaged my credit by attempting to collect a debt that has already been deemed fraudulent, they have damaged my credit score and damaged my good credit rating which has refuted in a credit score drop of XXXX XXXX points.

This collection agency removed this account off my credit report with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/16. On today, XXXX/XXXX/16 I received an alert from XXXX XXXX that I.C SYSTEM is reporting the exact same account-XXXX- {$710.00} to my credit report with an open date of XXXX/XXXX/16 and last reporting on XXXX/XXXX/16. it has been determined that this is NOT my account and never was. This agency is re-reporting this account after it had been removed from my credit report. I am aware that this is VERY ILLEGAL.

Consumer Complaint: I visited my doctor at XXXX for my regular checkup and as suggested did lab work at doctor 's office. This lab work is sent to XXXX labs for study. The XXXX related expenses are dealt by insurance and doctor 's office. The XXXX labs should have Forwarded the insurance bill to my insurance company and any thing from there should have been dealt by my Insurance and Doctor 's office. Instead they kept sending to me which i thought was already taken care by Insurance. They moved this amount to collections impacting my credit very bady and without my knowledge. When i got to know about this i did call up XXXX on several occasions and each time they misguided me and said Doctor 's office is responsible. This continued long when i brought this to my Doctor 's office they said to deal with XXXX. Only when i narrated this incident to my Doctor then the doctor 's office found out that mistake was from XXXX. I want correct reporting back of my Credit score and also would like to register a complaint against XXXX and their practices in billing matters

Consumer Complaint: XXXX has billed me {$480.00} for an account they claim was opened on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have not been a XXXX customer since XXXX and my account was settled and closed at that time. XXXX is now claiming in error that I owe them for this closed and settled account. This bill was sold to a collection agency and has now hit my credit report and is affecting my ability to secure credit including a home loan. I have contacted XXXX but they have not been able or willing to resolve this issue. I am asking the XXXX to exercise it 's rights and duties under the authority of the XXXX and President of the United States to investigate this error in billing which has placed an undue burden on me and my family. The CFBP 's duty is to protect the consumer from such unlawful and unfair practices. I was made aware of this false and erroneous debt when I recently checked my credit report. I was never contacted by XXXX about this issue or this bill. This account needs to be expunged from mt credit report immediately as it is having an immediate and ongoing detrimental affect on my quality of life and ability to support myself and my family. Your prompt, thorough and corrective response is greatly appreciated and much needed, Thank you

They said they would work with them if they paid XXXX and then XXXX for phone and would suspend account. The next bill came to XXXX. I then called asked to speak to someone in resolution dept, talked to XXXX on XXXX, who said not only would the charge stay at XXXX but also added XXXX totaling XXXX which was sent to collections which has effected my husband who takes pride in paying his bills. We are on fixed income, my husband is XXXX has XXXX and my son XXXX, with whom my husband got phone for. They were dishonest in payment and fees when they sold this product.When I see commercials on what they promise it makes me sick, and to have a person like XXXX who is suppose to help resolve problems, was very cold.

They have answered by mail with a bill but refused to provide a validation of this debt by showing me a signature proving it belongs to me.
