Consumer Complaint: I am no longer responsible for this debt. This was already sold and I don't owe this debt anymore. A bill without a signature does not imply that the debt is legitimate, and anyone may submit a bill and claim ownership. This is clearly a violation of the FCRA section 602 ( a XXXX & FDCPA section 809 if you can not validate the debt, you must request all credit reporting agencies delete the inaccurate information from my credit report IMMEDIATELY!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I've received a letter from I.C Systems INC. stating that there is a debt collector trying to collect a debt from me in the amount of {$1500.00}. After doing some research to see if there are licensed in my state of Florida. I.C Systems are not licensed in the state of Florida. According to the FCCPA If the debt collector is not licensed in the state of Florida, they are violating the FCCPA and in turn violating the FDCPA. Each violation carries a {$1000.00} statutory damages provision for each violation, which in this instance is each call or contact by a non-licensed debt collector. It is recommended at this point to contact an attorney who regularly handles these types of claims against debt collectors. I filed a complaint with Florida 's Office of Financial Regulation and with Florida 's attorney general to take legal action.

Consumer Complaint: I received a notice on XX/XX/XXXX from I.C. System, Inc., stating that I have a delinquent account that has been turned over to this collection agency. I responded with a 30 day validation request on XX/XX/XXXX. I ask for an agreement with a creditor that authorises this collection company to collect on this debt. I also asked for the agreement that has my signature that says I agreed to assume this debt. I asked for valid copies of the debt agreement stating the amount of the debt and the interest charges. I also asked for proof that the statue of limitations wasn't expired as well as a complete payment history on the account. I also asked for their lisence that showed they were allowed to collect in my state as well as their licence numbers and their registered agent. I did not receive a response in 30 days. I did however receive a response on XX/XX/XXXX that stated communications are ceased and attached to that letter was a phone bill that was dated XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. There was no information verifying or validating that this debt belongs to me or that I am responsible to pay this company. I sent a second validation letter to them on XX/XX/XXXX to have this debt validated as mine. I did not receive any response from this company. I sent a 3rd and final validation request on XX/XX/XXXX. This was sent certified mail. They received this letter Validation request on XX/XX/XXXX. It has been longer than 30 days and I have not received a response. I still have not received any validation from this company.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems inserted a derogatory entry on my credit report without providing a dunning letter or any correspondence on the alleged debt that would have informed me that they were attempting to collect on the alleged debt. To that end, when I retrieved a copy of my credit report I noticed this inaccuracy and immediately sent a letter to the credit bureaus followed by IC Systems. The response I received from the bureaus stated IC Systems had verified the entry, yet they did not respond to my letter. My certified letter was not returned ; therefore, the company was in receipt and blatantly refused to respond, yet still report. I specifically requested that they provide : An agreement that states your authority to collect on this alleged debt ; Agreement with signature of the alleged debtor wherein he/she agreed to pay the creditor Alleged account number Date this alleged debt became payable Original delinquency date Verification that this debt was assigned or sold to collector Complete accounting of alleged debt Name and address of the bonding agent for collection agency in case legal action becomes necessary. I sought validation and not verification. This is a very misleading practice and a violation of my consumer rights. They did not provide any documents that bore my signature nor did they provide the original delinquency date nor a complete accounting of the alleged debt. The first violation is that IC Systems inserted this unverifiable, inaccurate entry on my report without providing me the any time to dispute the validity of their alleged debt and second, they did not cease reporting of this entry with the credit bureaus after they were in receipt of my dispute. These are direct and blatant FDCPA violations. IC Systems must immediately delete this erroneous entry from all of my credit reports. If they indeed are alleging that I owe them for XXXX XXXX, why then did they not provide the original terms of agreement as well as any other updated conditions and terms of agreement? Why did they not provide a copy of the ledger to reflect any payments to them? Why did they not provide copies of correspondence they have sent? Why did they not provide any documentation to substantiate the alleged amount? This entry lacks veracity. Delete this entry immediately and provide me a copy of the correspondence sent to the bureaus to direct them to remove this erroneous entry.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems appeared on my credit report from XXXX for {$2400.00}. I called XXXX to get and a break down explaining how I owe them this amount and they refused to provide me any information and instructed me to call IC Systems. I called them and they also could not provide me with a breakdown besides saying it was for equipment. I asked them what equipment was listed and they stated it was two phones. In 2019 I had only one phone with XXXX for two years and a digit line and the phone was paid off. The representatives could not give me any other explanation but stated they will do an investigation and for me to call back in a week. I called back multiple weeks without results or validation of the debt. I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus and they only updated the information and after speaking with an agent they stated nothing was submitted to validate the information but just updated it and instructed me to file a complaint.
