Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Information belongs to someone else
Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am a natural living person. I am writing to dispute certain information present on my credit report, which I believe is inaccurate. This dispute is based on the provisions outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S. Code 1681a, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2, and 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ). According to 15 U.S. Code 1681a, the definition of a consumer report excludes reports containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the reporting entity. It is evident that the information in dispute falls under this exclusion. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 emphasizes the responsibility of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. The law stipulates that furnishers must provide accurate information and prohibits reporting with actual knowledge of errors. In addition, 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) supports my claim by specifying exclusions from the definition of a consumer report, highlighting the relevance of the disputed information to this exclusion. Based on the provisions mentioned above, I kindly request an investigation into these discrepancies and urge prompt action to rectify the inaccuracies. As per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I also request that you provide me with a written explanation of the results of your investigation. Enclosed are copies of documents supporting my claim for your review. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that the inaccurate information be corrected or removed from my credit report at the earliest.

Consumer Complaint: Experian is reporting inaccurate information on my consumer report, and accounts that do not belong to me. Also Experian is reporting Late payments which is a violation of the FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments-A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. I would like for Experian to Re investigate the information they are furnishing on my report and provide me with names, phone numbers, and addresses of those they contacted to verify these alleged accounts that are on my account. Also I would like Experian to send me a copy of my written permission to furnish information on my report. 15 usc 1681b- permissible purpose states : Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates.

Consumer Complaint: The company provided a fraudulent bill statement. Its fabricated for many reasons. The address is spelled incorrectly on ALL the statements they sent. Theirs no way I could receive mail with the wrong address. They sent a bill that says XXXX XXXX. I currently live at XXXX XXXX. Another reason this bill is fabricated is, I did not live at XXXX until XX/XX/2018, however, they sent me a bill as proof dated XX/XX/2018 with the address XXXX passing it off as an official piece of mail, but its not. Its XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX Bank informed me that they would in fact remove a 31 day late payment status as long as I disputed with each of the credit bureaus. They informed me they would do so in good faith. Now, since I have disputed at least 20 times total, they are going back on their promise, and are refusing to help me. I have gone to such lengths to write handwritten letters and reach out to their executive team members on XXXX. I received some poor blanketed statement back from them informing me they do not update any information and I am essentially XXXX. I do not accept that response. If XXXX wouldn't have led me on a wild goose chase for 5 months now, I would have given up. I expect XXXX to remove the negative mark as they said they would. They are definitely able to do so, but are being extremely difficult for no reason, when they are the ones that informed me, they would fix it. I want this issue fixed! It is beyond wrong to tell someone you would fix it and refuse to do so. They claim they sent me letters and emails- why do I not have any of these things? It seems like XXXX would want to assist a customer that has been with them for many years. Clearly, they do not care about their customers.

Consumer Complaint: I have suffered identity theft and power of attorney fraud by the following companies. Pursuant to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2001 ruled and emphasized that for a creditor to rely on a consumer 's consent, it must be informed and voluntary. Mere inclusion of a consent provision in a contract does not automatically establish informed and voluntary consent. The nancial institution must demonstrate that the consumer explicitly provided consent, indicating their understanding and agreement to have information reported to credit bureaus. Pursuanbt to FCRA 605b and 15 USC 1681 c-2 i demand the acount be removed and blocked from my reporting or you may be held liable for noncompliance pursuant to 15 USC 1681o and 15 USC 1681n
