Consumer Complaint: XXXX created a FALSE DEBT by claiming i am EMPLOYED as a XXXX with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. i am actually XXXX and unable to work. numerous GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS EVIDENCING that i have NEVER BEEN EPMOYED AS A XXXX by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have been provided. the social security administration has provided a certified letter stating i was never EMPLOYED AS A XXXX by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has also provided a statement that i was never employed by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. experian refuses to remove the demand from my credit report. experian is in violation of numerous rules and laws. 442 USC 659 ( h ) 1 ) ( B ) ( iii ) specifically prevents the use of veterans compensation ( title 38 payments ). 38 USC 5301 specifically prevents use of veterans compensation in any legal process. more importantly, 5 CFR 581.103c7 and 5 CFR 581.102 and 104 as well as 38 CFR 3.458 prevent experian from allowing XXXX to impose the illegal demand for payment. the most important rules are 15 USC 1672 and 15 USC 1673, which are clarifying that i have to EARN money from employment or retirement. i am neither employed or retired. i have no income, as verified by the social security administration. the state of XXXX is CLEARLY stating i am employed by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which is FALSE. the demand must be removed because it is based on employment i never had. THEY WERE PROVIDED DOCUMENTATION THAT I AM TOTALLY AND PERMANENTLY XXXX AND UNABLE TO WORK. if it were legal to use my veterans compensation, the state of XXXX wouldnt have had to create a false job. please remove the demand, because XXXX and XXXX adhered to the law. experian is the only rogue reporting agency allowing this destructive demand to continue on my very clean report. i do not and can not have the money the state is demanding because i do not and can not work. XXXX specifically targets XXXX persons in orders to create welfare cases for healthy persons under 42 USC 658 ( 4 ) ( D ). this criminal conduct discriminates against the XXXX veterans and deprives them of the extensive protection created by law to defend injured persons. experian has behaved in a criminal manner and should be penalized according to law. i believe the instant remedy is a penalty of {>= $1,000,000} against Experian for refusing to remove the demand, which has been proven to be created through false information.

Consumer Complaint: I successfully changed my legal name from XXXX to XXXX in Experian about a year ago. For personal reasons, I decided to revert my name back from XXXX to XXXX. I made numerous reports about the name change to XXXX through online requests and sent several letters along with my updated driver 's license, social security card, and name change court decree reflecting the new name XXXX. However, for many months, I have had no credit scores and no credit accounts under the new name XXXX, as Experian did not transfer accounts from the XXXX name to the current name XXXX Despite multiple calls, requests, and their own investigations, Experian assisted in moving over my three active credit cards and one closed credit card from XXXX to XXXX. Unfortunately, they overlooked my auto loan and mortgage, which have yet to be reflected in my credit report. Moreover, in my credit report within my online account ( which has been corrected with the new name XXXX ), it still displays my old name XXXX. In summary, while the online account now reflects the correct name XXXX, the credit report still shows the name XXXX and is missing information regarding my auto loan and mortgage account. Please see the details in three attachments.

I told Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate these accounts : XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX, XXXX XXXX : Account # XXXX, However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect.
