Consumer Complaint: Experian Boost is a garbage product and it continuously breaks, with horrendous support, which is outsourced to XXXX XXXX or The XXXX or the like. Unintelligible support, in fact, with individuals who barely speak XXXX. Two instances of Boost. One works ; one doesn't. They then badger me about fixing the one that is broken. Consumer Complaint: I just got my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and noticed some Accounts on my credit report are incomplete and inaccurate which is a violation of 15 USC 1681e ( b ). They also violated 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) & ( b ), 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) & ( ii ). At this point I believe they are doing this on purpose. According to 15 USC 1681e ( b ) Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. They must be XXXX because everything is inconsistent.
