Consumer Complaint: The credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and the date last reported is not accurate. Among others. This is grounds for removal. They also violated my rights under : 15 USC 1681 section 602A states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604A sec. 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : that no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian are governed by USC 1681. They have violated my rights numerous times. I demand the inquiries/accounts below be removed immediately per my instructions enclosed :

They stated that everything was accurate, and I did thorough research and found proper inadequacies dates on the credit report even after they did. Consumer Complaint: This company is reporting late payments for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and has failed to provide any verifiable proof within 30 days of my requests to do so. Pursuant to 15 USC 1666b a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open and consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 b of this title is delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days. I never gave any written instructions to furnish this data which is a violation of 15USC 1681b. They must comply with 15USC SEC 1681li ( a ) and I am gathering all of this information with help from my attorneys for further litigation. I demand said late payments be removed immediately from my consumer report.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I filed a complaint with XXXX XXXX because I had so many problems with my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Broken gas tank etc. car was in the shop for days and I felt l could not rely on the car. I called in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX to check on the complaint and I had to file all over again because XXXX " Lost '' my complaint. I deferred my payment to XXXX, later they clain they couldn't find the deferment and penalized my credit XXXX points. Bottom line is that this car lease and car have been returned and satisfied to XXXX XXXX. They penalized my credit again- and I have no idea why? I did not give anyone permission to run my credit. I want XXXX to fix this issue and remove it from my credit. Everything has been paid. I don't have they car XXXX does.
