Consumer Complaint: There is inaccuracy in my consumer reports and 15 USC 1681 ( B ) protects me XXXX XXXX XXXX as the consumer, my XXXX report claims I owe XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX while my XXXX report shows the balance at XXXX paid in full and my Experian claims another amount this is considered Inaccuracy on my customer report which is also against the law as XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Terms and Conditions page 33 stated they will not give out or sell my information to Non-Affiliates 3 rd parties. XXXX, XXXX and Experian arent affiliated. These corporations are also violating the Privacy Act of 1974, its illegal to report Transactions History but I am still seeing it present on my consumer reports. A charge off is considered Income why then are there charge off accounts reporting on my consumer reports these are all violations as I have not given written nor verbal consent to XXXX, XXXX nor Experian to report on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, etc. Under 15 USC 6802 I have a right to Opt Out of anything on my credit report I OPT OUT of XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX reporting to my statement and all other 3 rd party non affiliates reporting on my consumer report without my consent Charge Off are considered income and can not be reported on my credit report kindly remove them all a certificate of indebtness is my income why do you continue to use it against the consumer thats also a violation of my rights.
