Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX have noticed inaccuracies on my credit report such as late payments. I am writing this letter to have my credit report updated to be current and up to date. First, according to the F.C.R.A Section 604 ( A ) ( 3 ) 15 U.S Code 1681 ( b ) Permissible purpose states that I have the right to privacy and that my information can not be shared without my written consent! Second, Section 607 ( A ) 15 U.S Code 1681 ( e ) Compliance and Procedures states my report must be 100 % accurate at all times and these late payments are not accurate! Nor did I authorize these late payments to show on my report. Third, according to the Truth and Lending Act Section 15 U.S Code 1666 ( b ) corrections of billing errors the CRA must correct any billing errors made on the consumer 's credit report with a written statement of what accounts need to be updated and corrected. I have already sent a letter 30 DAYS AGO AND YOU ARE NOW IN VIOLATION OF MY CONSUMER RIGHTS! I am also placing a FTC reference number- # XXXX so that you can verify the inaccuracy of fraud that is placed on my credit report. These accounts must be updated AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to avoid any VIOLATIONS FEES.

Consumer Complaint: Ive noticed that several deviations from mandatory reporting standards therefore the data in my report can not be accurate and complete! With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Per 15 U.S.C 1681e Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) requires furnishers to : Furnish information concerning accounts or other relationships with a consumer that has integrity. Furnish information about accounts or other relationships with a consumer that is accurate. C - Conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes According to CRRG, in order to make a lawful report, you must follow the Metro 2 compliance standards. Also as stated in the CRRG Any Deviation From These Standards Jeopardizes The Integrity of The Data. This means that any mistakes in reporting claims can make the information less accurate and it affects the accuracy of any federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am invoking my rights to challenge these inaccurate and non-compliant items. Neglecting my demand will only prove that you DO NOT care about my rights as a consumer. Its NOT FAIR for you to report information that isnt confirmed to be ethical and meets the standards of certified reporting. Again, I am challenging these claims and asking for proof of the proper reporting standards. You are violating my rights! I have listed the concerns about your reporting in this document. It's not complete and does not meet my standards according to law, you must certify all aspects of required FCRA/ Metro 2 compliance which is done truthfully, correctly ( in a timely manner ), completely AND accurately as well - or else I would have to escalate these issues to the CFPB XXXX FTC and my Attorney General.

Consumer Complaint: I filed a complaint last year with XXXX and the issue remains unresolved. I had two loans serviced through them that were discharged and XXXX out, but the full balance and no change was made as promised by them on my credit report. I received a copy of the letter that was sent from them and the Dept of Education in XX/XX/2023 that confirmed the discharge/forgiveness of these loans in full. The document is password protected, so I had to use screenshots from it which I included as attachments for this case. In this letter, it was promised that these loans would be taken off of my credit report within 60-90 days of the letter being sent. It is now well beyond that timeframe and the loans remain on my credit report with the full balance intact. I have tried to contact them directly numerous times, and just the same as before, I can never get through to anyone via email or phone. I worked with a representative from XXXX previously in XX/XX/2023 when I filed my initial XXXX and CPFB complaints. She had also assured me that these loans would be taken off my credit report from XXXX by XX/XX/2023 at the latest, as that would mark the full 90 days from when the letter was sent to me initially. Additionally, I've also disputed through XXXX several times, with one being recently, and XXXX is still claiming that the information on my credit report is correct with the full balances. The balances on my XXXX online account are XXXX out as well, so there is no reason why this same information shouldn't be reported accurately through the credit bureaus. It is THEIR responsibility to remove these and report accurate information and they are straight up LYING to the credit bureau and getting away with it. I will also be filing another complaint with the XXXX and attorney general to make sure this gets resolved. If it doesn't, I am more than happy to take XXXX to court for these illegal and shady business practices.

Consumer Complaint: I SUBMITTED A DISPUTE TO EXPERIAN REGARDING UNAUTHORIZED INQUIRIES ON MY CREDIT REPORT. THE COMPANY DID NOT DO A PROPER INVESTIGATION INTO MY DISPUTE AND I WOULD LIKE THE CFPB TO ENSURE AN ACCURATE AND FAIR INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETED INTO THE PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE OF THESE INQUIRIES. As per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), only inquiries made with a permissible purpose are legally acceptable. Unauthorized inquiries not only violate my privacy but can also adversely affect my credit score. I kindly request that you initiate an immediate investigation into these unauthorized inquiries and proceed with their deletion from my credit report. This action is crucial to maintaining the accuracy and fairness of the information reported by your agency, as mandated by Section 604 of the FCRA. Please provide a written confirmation once the unauthorized inquiries have been successfully removed from my credit report. Additionally, I request an updated copy of my credit report reflecting the corrections made.
