Consumer Complaint: I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding the reporting practices of XXXX XXXX XXXX. Upon reviewing my credit reports, I have identified discrepancies in the information provided byXXXX XXXX XXXX across different bureaus, particularly on Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. On my Experian report, there is an indication of a past due amount of {$64000.00}. Such report raised serious concerns about the accuracy and Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention the fact that the debt associated with this account has been charged off and is now considered a certificate of indebtedness, constituting income. According to applicable regulations by the IRS, such discharged debt should not be reported, as it may lead to inaccurate representations of my financial standing. Also it is illegal to report transaction history Per 15 U.S.C. 1681a section ( 2 ) Exclusions. Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) subject tosection 1681s-3of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; Because of this law, all late payment reports are illegal especially since the account has been charged of. the account should reflect PAID AS AGREED. I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate measures to rectify the inaccuracies in the reporting by XXXX XXXX XXXX. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated, and I trust that it will be resolved in accordance with the established regulations.

Under 15 USC 1681b- permissible purpose of consumer reports, THE LAW CLEARLY STATES ; A In General Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other; ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Did I give you written instructions to furnish this on my credit report? Furthermore, the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) Exclusions from a consumer credit report clearly state : ( 2 ) EXCLUSIONS- Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term " consumer report '' does not include ( A ) Subject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. Delete the above late payments from my consumer report, this agency is in violation of 15 USC 1681.

Consumer Complaint: The credit bureaus keep disrespecting the laws. I showed them multiple times of how they are violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. Account Name XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) the credit bureaus have to modify or delete accounts that are not reporting accurately According to 15 USC 1681b ( 1 ) the credit bureaus don't have no written premission According to 15 USC 1681 I have the right to privacy According to 15 USC 1681s-2 A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. I can go on and on and on The credit bureaus have no respect for the laws. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this
