Under 15 USC 1681b- permissible purpose of consumer reports, THE LAW CLEARLY STATES ; A In General Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other; ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Did I give you written instructions to furnish this on my credit report? ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. I can go on and on and on The credit bureaus have no respect for the laws. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this
